Erick was phenomenal! He welcomed me as soon as I walked in and the rest is history. He was very attentive and professional! He went as far as taking his time with me to make sure I walked out with my phone ready to go. Definitely will return and out of all the Boost locations I've frequented, this is the best!

Boost Mobile sucks! To get me to sign up, they promised me unlimited, talk unlimited, text unlimited data and a new iPhone every year at no charge included. they lied. They gave me an iPhone 15 last year for just paying the sales tax so I asked them when I was going to get my next iPhone and they said I had to pay for it. $44 a month. I am not happy with Boost Mobile at all.

Don't go with boost they lie to you the workers will say they are the owner and if you call they keep you on hold and after 1/2 hour you still have the same problem today alone I was on the phone about 2 hours and still they lied to me I have been a customer for years but not no more I tried calling again and they keep asking for my number and pin I give it to them and they transfer my call to someone else and ask for my numbers again and then they do it again and it sucks

To the family and friends that I know that know me real well now I have a nickname no I'm not that person anymore all I'm trying to do is get my PayPal account and my cash account to work put money on and for money off but it's not working that way because both companies want to play games all I'm going to do is be able to survive the next day any day after that and the next day and help out so I can help out the same time that's not without emptying my own pockets and going broke I'm starting my cell phone will start to die but hey oh well again Google accounts if you have a Google account know that your Gmail account my email account where you want to call but accept any payments but won't tell you where they put it and this goes on for all a couple years now

My friend and I were so grateful that we chose this location, because we were fortunate enough to receive customer service from MADDY!!! She was kind and considerate and despite the fact that we got there not much before closing time, she took the time to get us everything we needed... and even stayed late. She didn't rush us or make us feel like we were a burden , she was all smiles and business oriented. My friend got her new phone.. new service plan and was happy with all of it. Maddy is personable... and made customers for life out of us.
