After taking my vehicle to another shop and having a frustrating experience, I was told to by a friend to go and see Joselynn at Brakes Plus on Smokey hill rd. I was glad I did, she was not only helpful but listened to my concern and got my vehicle back on the road with the repairs done right the first time! Her customer service is 5 stars and I would recommend anyone to go to this location!!!

My daughter had an appointment for an oil change at 10. She called at 1pm, they said her car was next. My husband called at 3pm and they said it was being worked on. Called again at 4:30pm and they said they were creating the ticket and it should be another 20 minutes and that an appointment doesn’t mean anything except it gets done that day.

Vinny and the crew inspected my brakes. I was told by my dealership that I needed to resurface the front rotors. The crew at Brakes Plus informed me that no work was needed. Thanks for saving me over $300!
