Finally found an excellent honest, mechanical repair shop. I went to the big zero tire store on Hampton and Tower And was quoted over $1000 in repairs to get an alignment. I went to the Brakes plus on Iliff and Buckley and got my alignment done for $100. No parts were needed. I wanted a second opinion and got an honest result. I will use Brakes plus and refer them as much as I can.

I'm a mechanic, I went with a friend who took their car to get the oil changed and after they got the car back the drain plug came out. We went to the illif location to find out what is going on and the person at the counter has no idea what is going on with the situation and took the information to pass it along to corporate. This store hasn't made this situation right for over two years. I wouldn't recommend this location for sure, but you might consider someone else for your repairs also since they don't seem to stand behind there work.

Staff was very friendly. Even the customers were friendly. Service was fast.This place has a relaxing atmosphere and the staff just made me feel welcomed.

I was a little irritated at 1st due to having made an appointment online and car sat for almost a hour before work started on my car. Though things happen,... breaks were fixed and a discount given. Communication can be better but work done is great. Thanks!
