Love the mission, love buying secondhand, but the customer service is lacking. Ordered two sets of cabinets and rented a U-haul for pickup. Found out on my drive home that they didn’t load one of the cabinets and it was too long of a drive to make it back there before they closed. Since they wouldn’t refund the single cabinet I had to drive back a different day. They were at least able to hold the product after I called twice since they never returned the first call and it also thankfully just barely fit in my car. Now I have to figure out how I’m going to get it in my condo since I don’t want to ask the people who helped me with the others. Something that would help prevent this is if you had a picture of the item purchased on the receipt. I could no longer find it after my purchase and couldn’t remember what the left behind cabinet even looked like because it wasn’t one of the main ones I was needing for my project. If I do buy from Bud’s again, I’ll have to remember to screenshot my purchase.

Man I love this store it has everything I could ever need and such great prices. But the best part of buds wherehouse is the staff they are so help especially that gentleman Kenny he must be manager or the owner or something because he is just so passionate about the place. Way to go buds warehouse keep up the good work and please consider opening a store in Palm Springs ca.

Great spot to find anything home improvement. It’s hit or miss but they reliably have windows, doors, tile and most of the basics. Cabinets, lumber, vents, paint etc all usually there and lots of cabinetry mix and match and plenty of sets.

Please let me Share my experience with Buds Warehouse we have done business with this company for years. Customer service was ok. But there is always room for improvement. Right?. We had kitchen cabinets to donate we called this company first made arrangements to have them picked up my husband had a heavy tool set inside one of the cabinets I figured that the men would of set it aside I went to check on this tool No where to be found I called and ask to speak to a Manager. I was told that I would get a call back NO SUCH CALL so I called again still nothing my third call finally a call back but if course nothing was done I will Not do business with this company

We do love this place. That being said, finding what you need or are looking for is hit and miss. We bought a brand new storm door (in the box). Also, a wood butcher block countertop, chairs, etc. It all depends on what has been donated.
