One of the worst customer service I ever had I went to return an item I waited for 25 minutes and then I had to meet with the meanest person ever miss Erica the store manager she told the I not welcome in store and more just because she doesn’t want to return my item I will never shop again specially when that rude lady works there

Good location but selection kinda low. Feels like a small one. Also what's up with not taking shopping carts outside? Stop being lazy and hire someone to gather carts. Also please do not greet us with an auctioneer at the front door like I am entering a club barking some orders I didnt even get.

My lady needed a pair of work shoes, last minute, due to incoming weather and thankfully this location was still open late on a Sunday night! Great selection of products and really awesome prices.

I was a bit put off by the lost prevention at the entrance and exit. The store from what I saw was clean, but I did not interact with any other of the employees besides the lost prevention officer when I entered and exited without buying anything. I do NOT think I will be back.

This was my first visit at this particular location.
The store is huge, and they had many things.

What surprised me the most was how everyone working there was so pleasant. You rarely see pleasant faces when they are ringing up your purchase. Other Burlington stores and competitors could learn from this particular store.

for some reason one worker was huffing and puffing because I walked in at 9:00 pm. i didn’t see a problem though because they close at 11 pm. Even the security guard had the ropes up at the front door and had to take them down to let me inside. closing 2 hours early is mad unprofessional. maybe it was because I was hispanic.

Let me start that I USED to love shopping here but I don't think I will be anymore. On 2/27/25 their executive Chris Bauer who said he was in a company care hit my mom's car. My mom has been trying to get ahold of him and Burlington with no luck. Nobody will respond to her. Chris Bauer never gave his insurance information to my dad and now she has to take the hit on her insurance to get her car fixed. She has emailed and called Burlington with no response. My mom is a senior on a fixed budget, she can't get her car fixed because of her deductible. It is sad that their executive who hit her car and the company will not take care of what is their responsibility. They filed a police report the day of the accident but they can't get a copy of it for 90 days. SHAME ON YOU BURILINGTON AND CHRIS BAUER! TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SENIORS!
