I haven’t received my shipment yet, so I’ll update if there’s an issue, but in the meantime: Jennifer was incredible and helped me figure out where my shipment is in the process and when I can expect delivery. She followed up quickly with all the data I requested. Also, I was very impressed how easy it was to talk to a person when I called customer service. Thanks, Jennifer!

I waited for an "agent" to answer the phone in the Denver facility for nearly an hour from 4:00 to when they closed at 5.....I guess they stop answering phones an hour before they close. Our delivery has been rescheduled 5 times now, this time they just plain didn't show up, no call, no text, no email, nothing...as agreed we were available all day and Ceva was a no show.

Company itself has such great potential to become one if not the best in the industry. Staff is unorganized and not friendly. They have their favorite delivery teams, which means freigth can be taken off your route by any of them if they feel like taking it from you. Office staff does not stand behind their written or verbal agreements and take away your line of work without notice. Ceva has made false processes. They keep you in the loop until they no longer need you, even if you are outworking the rest of the teams.. Overall, the way business is handled here became disappointing. It does not matter if one has outstanding performance on getting accounts taken care of and back on track, even the ones that ceva is running behind on. the moment you get the account back on track, They will take away and give it to one of their favorite teams even when the team is not as efficient. They would rather hear complaints and lose accounts than keep them running smoothly. For the time i was there , we cattered to 3 different accounts in which ceva no longer has because they choose we were not a fit for it anymore,(false) they gave it to one of their fave teams which did not care in the level we did. Making the account get terminated. It's sad to see a place with greater potential being thrown away for favoritism.

they delivered my package to the wrong address, accepted a phony signature and don't answer customer service lines. terrible company. If I could give zero stars I would.

Waited from 9 am to 1 pm as instructed from the delivery company. After 2 hours of no showing, called the company 8 times, I received an answer twice stating they would call back once they were able to reach the driver. Never received a call back and am constantly reaching their automated messaging system. If they say you're "_ in line please wait for a representative" you'll be waiting another 2+ hours and still not reach anyone.Costco please stop utilizing this shipping company.

I am not sure why Costco chooses to utilize these terribly rated shipping companies.CEVA should be out of business with how terrible their service is.

I hope Costco sets fire to their contract with Ceva. This company is incompetent. I've been stood up 4 times, they don't answer phones and have the most painful recordings looped and telling you the same thing constantly while you wait for someone to pick up so in case you weren't pissed to begin with... you will be.

HORRIBLE Service!!!!! I have been waiting 2 weeks for a new tv because the last technician came out to fix my tv it broke again within a week! I left very detailed instructions over the phone and email about my delivery and they failed! The Driver I had was so UNPROFESSIONAL. He was at the wrong house , I called him to make sure he had the right address IGNORED my calls, texts, voicemail. WAITED until he got back to the warehouse or something to say he couldn't turn around that I had him waiting. I HAVE PROOF HE WAS NEVER AT MY HOUSE, I have a RING CAMERA HE WAS NOT ON MY CAMERA. I had two people at home with the door and front window open, he was NEVER there! I also have two big dogs that alert us when people are at the door , they NEVER barked. Instead of answering my calls or calling back he TEXTED me and continue to argue. HE SHOULD BE FIRED. The communication with this driver was so horrible. And after all this i still am not able to get my TV until hopefully tomorrow!!! I will never use this company again !!!

I bought a beautiful sideboard/buffet from Costco. After MONTHS of searching! It finally went on sale and we bought it! After the purchase, I was contacted by Ceva (the contracted logistics company Costco uses). I scheduled my delivery for Monday between 12pm-3pm. On Monday morning at 10am there was someone banging on my door (didn't use the doorbell). When I answered it, it was the delivery guy in the middle of the street, closing up his truck and he yelled at me, saying this was the only time he had and he couldn't even do it because it's a 'white glove' delivery and then just drove away. I was pretty stunned at that! I called Costco, they said they couldn't help, I needed to contact Ceva. Oh, Ceva...when you call them, plan on spending a LONG time on wait. It's an endless loop of some guy saying the same thing, over and over. (Ugh! You WILL go crazy) Once I finally got someone on the line, she said they will still try and get it to me that day and she would follow up. I get an email from her few hours later and they can't deliver the same day but can the following day and at the same time. (12pm-3pm) The next day (Tuesday) I get a phone call at 10am. It's the delivery driver and he says he can be at my house in 15-20 minutes. I tell him my window is 12pm-3pm. He starts to tell me how busy his day is and he has to go all over town and it would easier for him if he could do it now because if I don't agree, there's a chance he 'might' have a busy day. (Heavily implying- now or some other day). At this point I have said 3xs my delivery window 12-3. I ended up telling him, I'll try and work with him, give me an hour but I can't do 15-20 minutes. It's not possible right now. He says okay. I moved my entire schedule for the next 2 hours for this change of plans. He never shows up and I never hear from him. At 2:40 I haven't gotten the 30 minutes courtesy call, letting me know the driver was about to arrive. I call Ceva and she says she doesn't know, she'll call and follow up. She sends me an email shortly after saying her manager is going to call me directly and they are going to figure this out and get right back to me. (They never do) At 3:30pm the driver calls and says he will be at my house by 4pm. I tell him the window was 12-3. We discussed this on the phone earlier and I have an email confirming the time. He argues with me and finally I just ask him to arrive as soon as possible. 4pm rolls by, nothing. 4:30pm no word. I start calling Ceva at 4:05 and I'm on the line waiting and I'm emailing them as well. I waiting on the line for over an hour. I sent emails asking for anyone to contact me. I called the driver and texted, nothing. It was clear that they had left for the day and no one was going to be able to help. The office closes at 5pm (per their website). Plan on them actually leaving at 4pm. You're screwed if it's after 4. After sacrificing 2 days for this delivery, I ended up canceling the order. I wasted 2 full days of work waiting on this company. I realize how in-depth this is but I seriously spent 2 days chasing this company. Every single persons time is valuable. The dismissal and careless attitude of the people I encountered at Ceva showed me, that I don't want them in my house. I moved my entire life around to accommodate this delivery only to be left stress out and behind at work. No one can be bothered at this company. They won't do the work. You will not get what you paid for.

Worst company I have felt with to date. Would give negative stars if possible. Wasted a full day of work sitting around for them to deliver on the date they set up and they NO SHOWED! Then when I tried to set up another date they wanted me to take another day off work for them to possibly no show again. Told they would find a solution and call me back in a hour, never heard back and waited for a hour on hold till they closed so they could avoid my call.

OMG, the one star reviews keep coming up! My experience just happened today when I got a notification that my 5 boxes of fire rated veneer for my fireplace WERE DELIVERED! Needless to say, these 5 boxes went somewhere, but it was not to me, the one who paid $120 for shipping. I think someone from CEVA was also was redoing their fireplace. How many of purchased items get conveniently lost when CEVA takes over, inquiring minds would like to know. I agree too, that all companies that want to keep their reputation should not ship with this company. I was told they give CEVA 72 hours to respond to "lost" items.......LOL really? I spend a lot of money and now I have to wait 3 days?

do not use this company or buy from any company who used this company for delivery!! they are horrible!! they do not deliver when scheduled. they do not call to set up delivery. they do not call if trying to deliver. we never received our purchase. we tried calling many times. no answers. I emailed them and received an email back with the local number to call in regards to our package.. no answers the phone. we called the company that we bought from many times.. still never received our package. this continued for a month. then this company sent our package back stating that we did not want it.. which was a lie. they are very incompetent. they obviously are not trustworthy or reliable. they are terrible!! DO NOT USE!!!

What an absolute nightmare this company is and it is so unfortunate that Costco contracts with them. It reminds me of the Seinfeld episode "You know how to take the reservation; you don't know how to hold the reservation." They missed two furniture delivery appointments and each time I called to question the delivery I was told it was on the truck and coming later in the day ... but of course it never arrived. Reading the other reviews, this is fairly common. Why are they even still in business?
