Would rate a zero. Don't try and come here to get a notary. The manager is the notary and will fill out all the things you need then say you need a witness after. And no other person in the bank can be a witness because that dosen't make sense right. Then he will complain and say he would have to fill out a whole different set of paperwork once you have a witness. Let's keep in mind this is important paperwork so another set, especially if was mailed out of state is hard to reproduce. Kyle Chandler is the worst for customer support and I'm sure he's even worse to work for. Thanks for making switching banks and easy decision. Chase deez nuts!

I have been a customer of Chase for several years now, and I think Katriel (Katie) is the best employee in the entire company. Just for her sincere and polite good morning and goodbye, you can drive several miles to come to this particular branch.
Everyone in this bank is polite, but she does it on a whole other level and it's awesome! 🔥

BE VERY CAREFUL OF THE BANK MANAGER AMANDA AND HER CO WORKERS. THEY GET PHYSICAL IF THEY DONT LIKE WHAT U SAY. AMANDA WILL SCREAM OUT LOUD IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS. BEWARE OF THIS BRANCH IF U VALUE YOURSELF!!!! ILIFF AND CHAMBERS BRANCH.
