Today I went in to cash my deceased father checks as his Personal Representative which I have easily done at the Parker Location many time without hassle, ignorance and misinformed male Chase representative at the Aurora location ( Tower Rd) . My fathers estate is closed as of July 2023 - he argued with me that isn't closed bc I am still receiving an occasional check however, I positive Fidelity and other institutions don't his estate went through probate for 6 months and it has been rectified. Do I receive an occasional check? Yes, and as his PR I can cash those check without an estate account since his estate has been rectified. He was beyond rude, know it all and hassled to the point when I drove to Chase in Parker Co take care of the matter quickly without hassle, professionalism and efficiently without a know it all banker who actually didn't know much - it was unbelievable.

Don't waste your time with this bank. I opened a personal account a couple years ago and other than the lack of branches being able to offer assistance, it was okay. I was able to do most of my business online and didn't require any help with my account. However, when I opened a business account, I realized how bad this company is. To receive help, you must call a 1800 number. Unfortunately, everyone manning those phone lines has a very thick accent and it is difficult to understand them over the phone. They also omit telling you important information.

Super professional and efficient. Had some documents notarized. Free is you have an account. Chase has a phone system that could be improved, so I was unable to call in advance to be sure a notary was on duty. But, once I arrived, smooth sailing!

I went into this branch yesterday and was assisted by a gentleman to help me perform a name change. The representative said it won't let him so there is nothing he can do. WOW. I was a branch manager for 5 years and there is no way one of my employees would have treated a customer that way. We stay with the customer until we get it resolved. He had me leave not providing any solutions but to call card services back. I felt very unappreciated and this expierence left me with 0 desire to ever have an account here.

I don't know what is going on with Chase. I know several companies are short staffed but...come on!! I been trying to add an account for my teen daughter with any Chase branch in the area and no one answers the phone to set up an appointment. I have called every branch in our side of town. Why not just walk in? Well, I tried that a couple of times and they don't take walk ins. It's by appointment only, but they don't book the appointment right there, you have to call...... you call, and they don't answer. Why not doing online? well, because of the type of account to have to be in person. Ugh!!

1 star for the branch not the company. Phones are all muted so you cant get ahold of them. Rookie consultants who have to look everything up when discussing retirement accounts. Didnt cover my VIP documents when leaving the room multiple times. Didnt use computer screen privacy protector. Chase itself has been great though. Clean stores. Repaid stolen money without too much question.Also, notice how little they care to respond to the negative reviews about their branch. How much are the big dogs getting paid? What are they doing ?

Some of the workers no matter what department happens to be rude and not interested in helping their customers..I also don't like having to pay extra ATM fees to get my money regardless of where I stop to get money...I think I'm going back to Capitol One and Navy Federal....

Super slow got to the drive up with 2 cars in front of me been here 30mins no one has moved
