Since they no longer have a drive-thru they have switched to ATM only from the outside and there will be times the lines are wrapped around the building and people are having to drive in circles because one or both of the ATMs are out of service or can't do anything which involves cash which means no deposits no withdrawals and this has been a problem ever since they shut down the human interaction on the drive-thru. May want to see about getting your ATMs up and running properly since you're no longer offering drive through window services

The one star reviews really speak for themself. They care nothing for customer service in this location. Most of the customers are customers of color so i guess it makes sense that they don’t care. Considering changing banks based on this one location.

Terrible customer service. The tellers are rude, disrespectful, and have very little knowledge. The manager was standing next to the teller being rude and she failed to step in as a manager to resolve the issue.

Very rude customer service. Everytime I've been here, they've treated me poorly. They legitimately don't care about how they treat their customers. Based on all the other reviews left, I feel a slight sense of relief that it's not me it's the staff. I am taking my business elsewhere, literally, as in changing banks right now as I type this. Goodbye Chase, it was an absolute disappointment in doing business with you. From start to finish, and absolute masterclass in how not to run a bank. Please avoid Chase Bank at all costs, you have been warned.

I tried to wire some money but both of the representatives did not know how to send a wire (via third party). I called my bank and they told me that this was the first time bank representatives were unable to wire money using their online instructions. They were shocked.

Chase needs to do a better job at hiring the people that assist in receiving their cash. They are very unprofessional,rude, and disrespectful. Fire and look for new workers. The women working on Thursday 06/27/24 between 3:50-4:00pm needs to find a new job disrespectful and definitely not a place to do business. Definitely have 2 stars for a reason.

Came in to open up an account for another family. Member didn’t know that you need to make appointments for everything here. Had to get special permission for a young child about eight years old to use a restroom as we wait to be seen. I am going to cancel accounts with The Chase as soon as I can

The teller cannot tell the difference between the Chase savings account and the Chase checking account. I asked her about the penalty fees for the savings account but she was clueless. She said as long as you have $1500 and a direct deposit, there is no penalty to the “savings account” which is totally incorrect. I told her that is not correct. She got defensive and said I should trust her because she worked at Chase for five years. I don’t understand how she got away with not knowing basics for five long years.

my account got hacked. i switched to a secure bank account and it gets hacked again. I didn't lose my debit card. someone is physically going to a chase bank and withdrawing money from my account without a debit card and they are allowing it. 2 times now, 2 different accounts, 1 account being a "secure" account.
