terrible service. stopped in 12/27 at 2pm and the bank teller (Not management) was a young lady who was rude and didn't offer help to me as a member at all. This branch needs better management as I witnessed the shift supervisor treat another person with little to no respect. Get a job you enjoy.

This branch is always busy and they close at 5pm! Every time I stop to get money after hours there is a line for the ATM out to the parking lot because the after hours doors do not work providing access to the ATM in the lobby. Very frustrating waiting while people do their personal banking on the one ATM open! Have witnessed dozens of vehicles pull away in frustration. There needs to be more than one way to access accounts at this location.

I wish to share a very-unsettling experience at ChaseBank, Buckingham Village Branch 007172 in Aurora, Coloradoyesterday. I wanted to pay off my home loan, so I calledChase, got the amount and was told to write a check andtake it to the nearest branch bank. I have essentialtremors and cancer, so I have great difficulty writing. Ifilled out as much of the check as I could, which was thedate, the amount in numbers, my account number and mysignature, but didn't want to write the payee or spell outthe amount for fear that they would not be legible. Iwent into the bank and asked if someone could finishprinting the rest of the information on the check for meand explained why I was asking this. I was told that noone could, so I asked to speak to a manager. I realizethat under normal circumstances, it might not be a goodidea for the bank to put anything on the check (eventhough it is not "illegal," as I was told several times),but I requested assistance and an accommodation under theADA. I was denied several times, even after the"manager," Dominick, made a phone call to another branch.I told him he was creating a hardship for me and that Ifelt he was being mean, at which point he nodded to thesecurity guard who approached us. I explained what theproblem was and he said I was getting "aggressive" eventhough I had not even raised my voice. He also said I wasrude! What I had to do was go next door to Safeway andask a shopper there to finish filling out the check forme, which she gladly did. I was so embarrassed, I almoststarted to cry. I consider this treatment exemplary-poorcustomer service and I allege a violation of the ADA.These employees need some additional training, at the veryleast, on what the ADA is and what constitutes a reasonable accommodation. Perhaps Chase needs to empower its branch managers to waive a "policy" when warranted.

WOW.I didn't know Chase Bank turned into a communist tyrannical business. My husband witnessed not one or two, but THREE bankers AND a security guard ANGRILY HARASS and berate a customer who barely walked in. BARELY!! The man was so apologetic and had forgotten his mask at home, they could have addressed it WITH HUMILITY AND SOME RESPECT, but with a psycho attitude told him HE COULD NOT PULL OUT MONEY AT ALL unless he had the mask. Wow. This is what we've come to? To scold and belittle the man with FOUR people against one? Are you kidding me? First off, it's a MANDATE, NOT A LAW. You cannot GO TO JAIL for not wearing a mask. A business YES - can refuse service, but to use such force and angry attitude toward a CUSTOMER?? Over a piece of cloth that HAS PROVEN TO NOT WORK!?!?! (Look up facts people, not CNN). You can't withdrawal money without a mask?? - BULLCRAP!My husband will be closing his Chase acct. Not only THAT, this location has been horrible for years and once they robbed us of $100 (we learned our lesson). So yeah, Chase Bank can eat dog poop. LOTS OF IT. With a BIG FAT MASK ON IT for the paranoid bankers here.

Fast and friendly service the bank is going and staring to spend out, in the metro area and other states. To my surprise service has improved with covud 19, the wait is shorter, staff is more personable and on the ball. The bank tries to remain competitive so a win win all around.
