“My husband and I, along with our furry kid had a wonderful experience with JCP photography at Southlands Mall in Aurora Co 10/11/2024. This was our 2nd time using JCP because they have pet photos. Armando was our photographer and he did great with our pet and us. Make your appointment now because the Holidays are extremely busy. Highly recommend.”

“They are my first store to visit with change of seasons. Just wish they’d stop making the sleeves so darn long in stuff -Stockholm people and designers take note !!! Otherwise they are way ahead in design for amazing prices. Love ? H+M!!”
“I haven't shopped here in a few years because of the selection but I came here a few months ago and, wow, I really like the selection of the Liz Claiborne clothing for work - professional and good quality and I like the athletic wear. The place has improved and is clean, looks sharp, and is organized. Each time I've shopped here I have received great customer service at the register ? I recommend here for professional & versatile clothing and so pretty.
The only thing is the other (young) customers who shop here can be a bit rough around the edges and disturb those who want to shop in peace.”
“My first job was at a rainbow and i love it still. Their plus size section is amazing and their prices are low. Their bra section is so good too with low prices so i can get alot there. It's just overpacked and hard to move around. With a wheelchair or walker its impossible.”
“Shelves were stocked, not necessarily in size order, but they did have stuff in stock. You had to check around the area because they were mixed, probably from people putting things back wrong. The staff were busy but available for assistance when asked. Not too long of a check out line. It's in a large shopping center so you can find parking; maybe not really close, but there are usually some spots open.”

“Amazing customer service. I forgot my pin number so my card declined a couple of times. The young lady was so sweet . She said , " Let me get this for you." I refused more our of pride. And because I had the money. She was like , okay update your pin. If not I got it for you. How sweet, what a super beautiful soul. Dios te bendiga Belleza!”
“I had such a pleasant experience at this store. I was visiting from out of town with family and I stopped in with my two littles.The associates were so kind and helpful, they noticed I had my hands full and offered to hold some items at the register while I continued shopping and even offered to grab some sizes for me that I was looking for. The store was very organized and clean which made it so easy to shop.”

“I have sold and purchased items here several times and am typically happy with everything. I go in knowing I’m not going to make top dollar for the items I’m selling and am genuinely happy to get any money back to put towards purchases for my 4 children. My kids like that they have different items than their friends which is what happens when you shop at big name retailers. My most recent experience was less than pleasant however. I messaged several times asking about items they were currently purchasing since their Facebook page hadn’t been updated in four months but never received any response. I didn’t want to bring everything in while wrangling my toddler if I didn’t have to. I finally went in and the lady at the front took maybe two minutes to look through 3 full bags (I was the only one in the store so it’s not that she had to hurry) and set aside 2 items. When I mentioned not having my efforts to contact them responded too I was simply told that responses are not done in their store and they don’t have anyone currently hired to respond to questions via the website/Facebook page or answer the phones and that I will have to physically come in to see what items their looking for. I will return as this is an efficient way to purchase clothing for my children however I hope they will spend a little more time actually looking at items brought in and will figure out the social media and communication sources.”
