This restaurant chain is losing all the attention to its customers, specifically what they serve for food compared to the price is very little, the truth is, very expensive and the people in front are prohibited from treating people well.

Avoid ordering from this establishment online; they severely skimp on portions. Upon receiving my double steak bowl, it appeared as if half of it had already been eaten. I plan to dispute the charge with my bank, as I refuse to tolerate companies that take hard-earned money for what seems like mere scraps.

It's hard to be in a place where you are rushed through the line, but you need time to build your bowl.Where the person asks "cash or card" But because you weren't anticipating the question, it takes you a minute to process the question/answer. Again you are feeling rushed. You say that you are sorry for not responding fast enough and are greeted with silence!My black beans needed to be reheated before I finished my bowl; I ate on the patio there at Chipotle. So I needed to finish my bowl later when I could reheat it.The Guacamole had already begun to turn brown, of course not only does lemon/lime solve this problem, it adds great flavor to the Guacamole.The patio was enjoyable, a great place to enjoy the sun today. It is closed, so you can only access it from the store.Sadly, this was my first time at this location. Clearly hospitality doesn't matter, nor do they prioritize customer service to ensure a return visit.While you may want to choose Chipotle for the freshness of their food, I definitely can't endorse this location. So many missteps and you didn't get the impression that anyone cared...

The food looked old, guy that greeted you didn’t speak English and had to keep grabbing someone to understand what you requested and was giving ridiculously small portions. There was a bunch of people standing around doing nothing/talking, and out of majority of items. Walked out , went to another one and was night & day. Do not go here!

BARELY FILLED BURRITO!!! NO THATS NOT A TACO BELOW. If you are considering a to-go burrito at this Chipotle via DoorDash… do not! I was shocked when the burrito I order arrived with hardly any ingredients in it. I requested extra rice, and extra cheese, along with lettuce, chicken, sour cream, and black beans…beans and rice weren’t cooked to top it off… I have heard stories about this before with chipotle and online ordering but literally shocked by this!

I'm just saying. In no way is this double of what I asked. I used points on this too. This is my first time Ordering a meal from there via delivery. I go into the store usually and my burrito is not this size. There is extra tortilla more than double. (Yes the hand comparison is ridiculous) But you see the pictures thats not double...

I had hair in my food and when I brought it back, Karen had the nerve to be rude and talk about me in Spanish. I originally had extra cheese and extra sour cream. And when they remade it they refused to give me extra because they said I didn’t pay for it. I will not return to chipotle. This has happened several times.

I ordered a double meat burrito with steak and chicken. The first worker gave me a proper scoop of chicken, and then passed the burrito off to her co worker, who gave me a dinky 1/4th scoop of steak. When I asked her to put the same amount of steak as chicken on, she brought out a little cup and started arguing with me about portions... so I just walked. I didn't really want to argue with her. As I walked out and looked back, she had a huge grin on her face from ear to ear, as if she was proud or something. Kinda sad because this was the location that got me hooked on Chipotle so many years ago, and now I will never go back. Good for her! She wins, and they lose my business for ever.

They now have carne asada, but don't ask for any because they're always
