I rate evrything, but the price excellent. I did not inquire about their hourly labor rates, but the total was almost double what I expected. The cost of the parts, (minor hardware) shocked me. If not for this, I would definitely give referrals.
I was seeking a reputable, trustworthy auto repair shop. After reading the positive reviews, I was excited, believing I had found a reliable place to bring my vehicles and recommend to friends and family. Recently, I brought my vehicle in to diagnose a persistent squeaking noise, and I was charged $525.22 for the removal and replacement of brake hardware. While I understand the need for markup on parts and respect the business’s need to cover expenses, this price felt unexpectedly high, especially for a relatively straightforward repair. I had really hoped to find a shop I could trust for the long term, and I am disappointed that this experience has left me questioning my decision.

I've been going to Christian Brothers for a couple of years now. One thing that I like about the place is that I feel that they are honest and don't try and sell you a repair that you don't need. The online inspection report is very useful and informative. I love that they give you a ride home and pick you up when the repair is completed. I recently had an expensive repair completed and I worked with Trevor. He was amazing to work with! So far so good and I will continue to use them as my auto repair center.

Staff was friendly and lobby was very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Didn’t need it but was offered a shuttle to wherever I needed to go. I received multiple updates via text throughout the process and a well detailed explanation of what it would take to get fixed and how much it would cost. Then was lead through a very easy process to accept or decline the recommended work.

I highly recommend, these guys. They're a credit to their profession. Very knowledgeable and didn't try to fix what wasn't broke. Very polite and caring. They even came to pick us up when car was complete. Thanks guys, we'll be brining in our other vehicle and sharing our experience with family and friends ?. You're amazing

I just had my second major repair done at this shop (two different vehicles). I was impressed with the ease of communication and scheduling of both repairs. Our family will be using this location for all 4 of our vehicles.

If I can give this company -5 stars I would BUYERS BEWARE it started out good UNTIL I got a inflated estimate so I was so desperate to get my cay fixed with one of the things it needed come to find out My car was sitting in their shop half of the day on Monday and all day on Tuesday and then when I called to check on my car at the end of the day on Tuesday I was informed that the technician ordered the wrong part And they were going to have to keep my car for another day ,So at that time I just said well let me just pick up my car and I'll just take it somewhere else , Because that was unacceptable to me I have to call them they had no intentions on calling me after having my car for a whole day .I guess for retaliation they kept my car running all night so the battery could die because I couldn't even start it when I picked it up on Wednesday morning And I'm really certain this is what happened because I had 3/4 tank of gas and when I went to go pick it up it was only at a half a tank The front guy at the desk he did jump start it for me so I could get to the other auto repair shop and Auto fine tuning fixed everything that was wrong with my car on Wednesday by the end of the day and it was a whole lot cheaper than this place And they still got $189 out of me because they said that is was for the diagnostic price but originally it was $175 but they taxed on an extra $14 because they said that they had to use towels ? This place would just do anything to get money out of you So I suggest that you do not go to this place They don't care about customers all they care about is money and don't just take my word for it Read the other reviews and they have the nerve to have Christian in front of their name of business ??? Very disappointed Do better ?

Took my vehicle to get checked due to the check engine light being on and not being able to pass emissions. 3 trips later and almost 4000.00 dollars....the light is still on and Christian Brothers is only willing to take more money from me. They did work but did nothing in regards to addressing the issue of the light still being on. Do not recommend going to this business. They clearly are only out to make money and rip people off. Shame on them.

I am extremely disappointed with Christian Brothers! I drop my car off in the morning just to get an oil change and new brake pads and still don't have my car back and it's almost 5pm! The worse part was I was never given updates on the process of my car. I had to call multiple times to see how it was going. I will never us Christian Brothers again!

This was my second time there and I am impressed with them. They are friendly and open and makes you feel relaxed with them. They are all great people doing great work. I would rate them the best.

I came to Christian Brothers after being waitlisted by another dealership, and I am so glad I did. They treated me like family. I was expecting to be mostly in the dark waiting on an update on my repair, which is the case for most other auto shops. Not only did they have the inspection done within a few hours of me dropping it off, but they kept me updated with every step. The inspection report was incredibly detailed and I felt like I completely understood every element, and they let me know what time to expect its completion. The online platform for viewing the recommended maintenance and calculating the price was very user friendly and there were no surprises at checkout - it was exactly the same as I had calculated on my own. The service was friendly, warm, and welcoming - I enjoyed every step of interacting with the folks there. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone, and already have to a couple of my friends who need their car serviced. 10/10 experience and I’ll be going back for regular maintenance as well as one off repairs.

I have not got my car back. I just dropped it off for a diagnostic for some engine problems but so far they’re an amazing company. I have a 2013 Dodge charger that needs some engine work and someone else who quoted me I felt wasn’t being 100% truthful but I’m really trusting this company as they provide excellent services and they are super friendly! I’ve heard they had good prices as well. That’s why I took it to them. I will update as soon as I get my car back!
