Went inside to buy a soda, came back out to find that most of my possessions were stolen out of my car. I'm distraught. Whoever did it was obviously practiced and honestly I would bet they're working with the never available, never helpful cashier. Medication, insurance card, cash, etc.. All gone. Thank God they didn't take my dog too. Going to do something about it, but for now, I just wanted to share - don't go to this gas station

The worst costumer service ever Halle Murphy was the cashier when I walked in No one was there I called out she came out after a few mins and said she was in the bathroom and then said I'll be there soon and went back inside bathroom. When she came out she was clearly high off Coke literally got mad at me and said us self check out mind you I needed tobacco. Please do something about this and have management call me

They have extremally unfair business practices that lead to them over charging you for their products and the were even bold enough in my case to charge me over $100 for a candy bar and a drink. It was a pain to get this sorted out and I even had to call the police. as any sort of local guide here on google maps I have to highly suggest not visiting this location.

Was there 10 min ago: I put $10 gas in but my card charged $20 so I went in to ask what was going on. Really horrible woman told me she couldn’t do anything and that it would come back to ny card “eventually.” Still hasn’t come back. As I was leaving I told her she had a horrible attitude.

Circle k is going down hill on Hampton and Chambers. The lady at the store is not kind to people at all. The ATM there doesn't work properly and when I didn't get my money she said to call the number on the ATM, didn't help at all. She could care less too, so I asked if I could get cash back with a purchase and she wouldn't do that either when Shell/Circle K station says they give up to $40 in store cash back on Google. She says no every time, so I guess it's up to the owner to allow cash back or not.

Worst customer service ever!! Do not ever go there unless you don't want to waste your time and spoil your mood!Went to this store. Tried to use a VUSE promotion, which was posted on the tv screen inside of the store and on the cigarette wall. Two cashiers could not ring it up and were extremely rude. They could not figure out how to enter the loyalty program in ever. Cashiers are incompetent and have no idea of the job they are performing. Moreover one the cashiers asked me to leave on very unpleasant and rude manner when I was trying to show her the promotion on the tv screen inside of the store.

cashier rejected my ID because it "didnt look like me". haven't had this problem anywhere else, ever. also their fridges do not keep the the drinks cold. avoid this place.

I couldn't buy anything because the only person working was taking their lunch in their car. This decrepit property is an eyesore to it's community. The 7-11 across the street is clean, properly stocked, and has pleasant employees. Don't waste your time here.

Initially due to a bad experience being overcharged and charged twice the night before Kendra the store Manager called me the next day to rectify the situation. Between her attentiveness to make sure the issue was settled and the pleasant and chill demeanor of Jonathan. I'll be back again for sure after almost swearing seven eleven for life. Kendra darling I had better day just cause she helped start it off on the right foot. Appreciate yous

They offer coupons for 10 cent off a gallon then when you go and pay it doesn't come off, the Manager won't give you the difference!!! Talked to the manager Kendra and told me that she can't do anything about it. So for $3 she would rather get a call for complaint or a bad review. Wow such great customer service! NOT!!!! This is called stealing people's money!

The cashier was so nice I wish I got her name. She was super friendly when I arrived and when I left. She gave me a candy cane as I was leaving and I really appreciated the kindness.

STOLE MY MONEY. Purchased gas and a car wash and the receipt didn't print. Went in to get receipt and was told car wash is broken. Requested refund. Will, the cashier stated he couldn't do refunds. Requested I come back tomorrow. I am not local. He said to call manager tomorrow. Called several times and was put on hold roughly 10 minutes. Manager, Kendra, stated car wash was never broken and also refused to give refund. Called corporate and was told it would take a month to 'investigate'. Horrible horrible horrible

Overcharged for gas. I paid at the pump. I thought it would have been refunded by now but over a week later and the charge hasn't been reconciled.
