Went to fill up. Each gas fill up spot was taken but nobody was even filling up. Everybody was just parked idling their car or getting things inside. There were other parking spots open. I waited 5 min for a spot, none opened up, I had to go to a different station. Infuriating after a long day.

I went to put $ 10 gas. All of a sudden, I was not able to stop it and it filled my tank at $36. I went to claim that the machine did not allow me to stop. The cashier did not know what to do. It was the machine force me to fill all the tank yesterday. My last day at this gas station.

I recently moved nearby this location and stop in every morning between 5-5:15 am. Customer service is LACKING!! Supposed to be a 24hr location but this is the second time I’ve stopped by to find the doors locked. The first time the system was updating, which I realize is out of their control, and the lady was kind enough to open the doors and let me know what was going on. She evn let me know that she didn’t know how long it would take so the only slight against her is that she could have at least hung up a sign to make people aware. This morning a different lady was there and she was mopping. She saw me and made eye contact, kicked the mop bucket toward the door I was standing at, her back to me and continued to mop. She then proceeded to put donuts up and after she finished with that she went back to mopping before disappearing to the back. I waited a full 15mins for acknowledgment before leaving. VERY RUDE! At the very least post a sign in the door if you’re not going to open it! Iva also noticed that they only have the “no cash, card only” sign posted in the morning. I find it hard to believe they never have cash in the morning & it seems discriminatory.

It is not open 24 hours. You can get gas with a credit card outside but you cannot go in and buy a cup of coffee at 3 a.m.

Terrible if I could I would t even give it a star it’s 3am we are getting back from a trip and the store claims it’s open 24/7 and the doors are all locked and she’s sitting here looking at us

I got the app gave ne 5 fill ups with 25c off I was going to use one they had me update and they yanked it. I feel like they were not loyal so I will make a point to avoid all circle KS from now on. Just incase you need feed back on what lies do to report

The employee named Robert will double charge your card then when you go to tell them they look at eachother like this isn’t the first time this has happened then they wanna give you a corporate number that only goes to voicemail and refuse to give you receipts for those charges. They are actively scamming people and they know

The clerk at this store was rude, went to grab some fountain drinks and a snack abd it's cash only. No signs on the door but only at the registers it's hot outside. I was going to use my ebt card, what a way to lose business. He needs to be taught respect.

I felt absolutely disgusted once I was singly asserted as the man whom is not allowed in the store. I did nothing wrong! This was Clear discrimination.I still give Circle K, 4 stars because this is management discretion and Circle K is a great gas station. I'm disappointed and hope this management gets their act together.

I stop by to get a coffee which I bought 9.99 deal and she told me that I can't use it because she said that I already used it for the day and I told her I haven't use it and I asked her to try my number again to confirm but sheRefused to try my number again .She is very rude sales associate and she can’t even try to help the customer.

The woman behind the counter was very rude and not friendly at all. I asked to use her restroom before getting my coffee. She rudely informed me they were out of order. And she was not nice about it and the looks she gave me was very judging and insulting. So I informed her. .... No bathroom then I was not buying coffee. So I went back to my car parked in the back. And told my husband and we drove several blocks to a better Circle K on Chambers where the young lady was very nice and polite.
