This place is a joke. I had two items. There were ZERO check stands open and only two working self-check kiosks. Not to mention that they don't have baskets, only carts. How can you run a business like this?

Clerk that runs the self checkout out stands has a major attitude problem. I completed my order at the checkout stand turned around to exit the store when he came barreling down the checkout line nearly knocking me down didn't apologize or even acknowledge that he almost hit me I'm nearly 50 years old he's considerably younger than me. I didn't get his name (if he even had a name tag on) but he wears not a mask like people do for Covid-19 but a winter balaclava like people do at a ski resort outside on a freezing day. He looks very unprofessional and frankly I'm surprised management allows him to present this way while working with the customers. I think he needs more training or a different position (maybe a ski lift attendant at Breckenridge) since he appears not to know how to be a professional. When you walk into the self checkout you'll see him (if he's working that day) he won't be hard to miss!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed a pick up order this morning before 8 am for a 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm pick up this evening. I did not receive a text, call anything about an issue with my order. After myself and about 4-5 other vehicle's waited for a good 20 minutes a young lady came out and told everyone they are short staffed and our orders were not ready and we would have to go home. She didn't tell me when it would be ready, I would get refunded, nothing but , "you'll have to go home." I spoke with another employee who came out and said it was their assistant manager who failed to cancel the pick up orders and inform the customers they would not be filled like he was told to do all day. When I went inside to shop & pay for my items AGAIN I can't even count hope many items were out of stock. Chicken, garlic, parsley, milk, & so much more. They had no baggers & employees that don't give a s**** I thought this King Soopers would be better than the one off I-225 & Parker but this one is soooooo much worse. I will never go back to this store. Do yourself a favor & drive further to go to any other King Soopers this store is a whole bunch of f****** b*********

Very nice staff, I just HATE the layout. I stopped by after dinner across the street. But I just wanted to get the shopping out of the way before I got in my car to drive back to my neighborhood.

When we visited Denver after breakfast we were looking to visit a local grocery store so that we can buy water, and some travel snacks. We decided to buy the grocery from king soopers. It was a clean grocery story with shelves stocked with grocery. The staff was friendly and it helped us whenever we asked any questions. They also have a good food selection which includes meat as well as seafood. The checkout process was also easy and we checked out pretty easily. Amazing grocery store for grocery shopping plus seafoods.

It would be one except the Murray's is pretty good. I try to be patient with staffing shortages and supply chain issues. But it sure feels like this particular store just loves having that as an excuse. When shopping produce I have to work very hard to not get in the way of their shoppers and stockers. I take my cart to another section, park it out of the way, then try to stealthfully grab items and I am sure to apologize to them for being in the way. Never enough cashiers and I also feel like I need to apologize to them for bringing more groceries to them. I try to perk them up by being friendly and thanking them, but clearly their spirit has been crushed already and it's too late. My favorite is dodging pallets with nobody working them, wondering if today is the day they will have artisan bread (they keep me guessing by only making it available 1-2x per week but it's a different day every week apparently) and I haven't cracked the algorithm. I especially loved during COVID when literally every single cashier would take your items from your shopping cart and put them in the previous person's shopping cart like it's a warehouse club in 1991. Cool that I was so cautious only to have all of my items end up in someone else's cart for the final stretch to the parking lot. My last visit was better because I didn't have to move any carts to get into a parking space and I didn't have to bring any in from the lot myself--they had 3 for customers which is 3 more than they usually have. Finally, though, I'm optimistic this store will get better. Why? There's usually 5 or 6 managers with clipboards over checking on the Clif Bars and making a plan to reset the water section. Love that. Finally, be sure to stop by the gas station on the way out where you may or may not have access to gas that day. And if not, the cool thing is they don't have anything posted. You never know until you're at the pump.

Great super market. Shelves were loaded with lots of options, produce was fresh, deli items were fresh and varied. I'll be back

This is the store closest to our new home. I had heard good things from friends, and I'll admit there are things I like about it. Wide variety of customers makes me feel good. Okay, really that's about it. I had gotten used to several things like multi-pak boxes of wet cat food that they don't carry here. The aisles really aren't arranged well. My biggest gripe? They're constantly out of stock. Just today (a Sunday) I placed an order of about 30 items for pickup. Half my list was out of stock. Five items didn't even get replaced, like my lunch items. Seriously. Remodel the aisles, and get better inventory lists. Being out of stuff doesn't help when a customer needs 5 things from this list to get a savings, and you don't have 3 of the things they ordered. Heck, I wish I could say the staff makes it all better, but while friendly, in six months I haven't learned anyone's name. There's no real customer service. Maybe pay people better. Spend some money on your store.

After taking the time to choose all of my groceries and place an online order for pick up, I arrived during my pick up window to be informed that my order was not yet ready and to come back two hours later. It was explained that someone tried to call me earlier, but no one left a message. Dismayed, I went home without groceries and waited two hours until I returned back to King Soopers to pick up my order. The same person who delivered the news previously came to my window to let me know that my order would not be ready until tomorrow. Furious at this point I asked to speak to a manager. The associate left me for 10 minutes without any contact so I eventually called the store and asked to speak to a manager. The manager apologized and said that someone tried to call me earlier. I replied that yes, I did in fact receive a missed call from Kroger, but no one left a message. She said that the person who called me wrote down that they left a message for me stating that my order would not be ready until tomorrow. I explained that I never received such a message and the associate who greeted me earlier told me in my order would be ready between seven and 7:30 PM this evening. I even called and spoke to another associate to ask about how I would be able to use the app later for my pick up as it appeared I had already done so. She confirmed my order would be ready between seven and 7:30 PM, told me to call upon my arrival and offered me a $10 coupon for the trouble. At no point did anyone tell me my order would not be ready until tomorrow until my second trip to the store. I am currently undergoing chemotherapy and I'm immunocompromised. It is ill advised for me for me to enter a grocery store or any public space for that matter. Regardless, I was left with little choice this evening as I refused to come back for a third time tomorrow in hopes that my order may be ready. I was out of groceries and out of patience. This store needs better management. This is not my first encounter with poor management here.

Angie is the best employee ever, I am only giving this store this rating because of her. Beyond that this location needs work . online pick up to walking over boxes, no one to bag groceries to when they do your bread is in the same bag as your can goods..
