I get my lashes done! They are very friendly and love their customers. I've tried other places in the past, but nothing compares to this location. The price is an extra added bonus for individuals that last longer than normal.

I went to get a simple acrylic removal from them and the lady continuously tried to rip the acrylic off of my natural nail even though I had verbalized that it hurt several times and then once I had finally snatched my hand back in pain for the fourth time she let me soak them off in acetone (which is what you are supposed to do front he beginning) she then proceeded to help 4 other customers while just leaving me to soak for over an hour. Once she finally came back she used the drill to take off the deteriorated acrylic and then told me I was done even though there was still a bunch of acrylic under my natural nail and on top. The lady then proceeded to argue with me in front of everyone in the salon because I told her I was refusing to pay $15 for a removal if she wasn't even going to fully remove the acrylic as well as showing her that she had ripped my natural nails. The lady told me that I was wasting her time and she doesn't care because she's busy. Terrible way to try and get or keep business from people. This is the worst customer service I have EVER recieved.

Very bad service, you have to keep in mind that for the client to return they must do a good job, the last time I went, they did a very bad job for me, and they treated me in a very rude way as if Hiva were doing it for free

I took my 10 year old to get a to regular manicure, she got her hair in her nail, and was not planning on taking it out, instead she painted over it and said she is good to go. Ewe no thank you. That's disgusting, I don't need your DNA on my child's nails. That's by far the nastiest nail experience of my life.
