I'm horrible with names, but the expecting mommy that helped me today was AMAZING!! Very professional and answered all my questions. I was skeptical going here at first but she made everything a breeze!! Most definitely recommend!!

The manager at this store is horrible! They guarantee deliver the night before and the day of tell you the item is not in stock and too bad. When you question how the item shows in stock online you’re told the website isn’t always accurate but the manager states it is not considered false advertising because that’s just how this company works. When you asks further question they hang up on you.
All I have to say is buyer beware!
Update: Not sure this situation could be any worse.
After they mess up the order and cancel one of the full beds they claim was not in stock despite the website stating otherwise, they set a delivery window from 3-6 the day after they were originally supposed to deliver.
Now here is where it gets worse.
The driver showed up at 2 pm and we received no notification or call indicating he would be early. I call him back to inform him my 15-year-old daughter was home and he would have to wait since he was early. He proceeded to inform me it wasn’t a big deal and he would just drop off the items. (Thank goodness for great neighbors who were able to watch them guys the entire time)
The driver proceeded to drop off the bed without any hardware to put it together! They also did not have the dresser or nightstand.
When we called the store they said the warehouse messed up and when you call the warehouse they say the store messed up. Fun right?
Now for the real kicker… the driver had a 15-year-old child sign for the delivery. Not sure they realize whatever she signed is NOT VALID and cannot be upheld as she is a child!!
So now we have a bed frame that is unusable and no indication as to when they are going to fix the rest of the mess they have caused.
At this time, we are waiting a response on how the bed frame can be returned and the rest of the order canceled.
As other reviews have said their name says it all. They are nothing but a bunch of conns!!

Absolutely the worst Customer experience. I think I’ve ever had. I went and bought about $7000 worth of stuff. I was guaranteed delivery yesterday. Nobody even called to tell me the delivery was canceled and that they didn’t have some of the stuff in Stock. My wife called and the manager was horrific to her and after she questioned why the website showed the item in stock he hung up on her. By the way, he also started a fight with me and my wife by informing her of false information. The manager is absolutely awful. He has no compassion nor drive and should not be in the position he is in. I asked for a compensation for the inconvenience that was caused, and I was laughed at and said “you’re going to ask me that.” He also told my wife basically too bad when she asked the same thing. I have spent at least $20,000 with this company buying various things, but I guarantee this will be the last time. I am going to cut up my Conns credit card and that will be the end of it. All I’ve gotta say is buyer beware go to American furniture warehouse instead!
