Worst decision I ever made was shopping here!The future is cheaply made and way over priced. The bed I bought broke less than 60 days into owning it. And even though it was under warranty they charged me for the replacement parts!The only thing worse than the quality is the service.Go elsewhere.

I don't recommend shopping from conns at all. They are the worst company to deal with. I purchased $7000 worth appliances, over priced. Every time you see a sale sign don't believeit they post it outside without reading it. Hahaha worst experience I had. Once you walk out the door they don't KNOW you and refuse to help you. IF I CAN RATE THIS WITH -10 STARS I WOULD..... MAKE SURE YOU READ THE REVIEW BEFORE GOING TO CONNS.... DO ME A FAVOR AND NOT GO TO CONNS. HAHA

I've been a customer with Conn's for about 2yrs... I've never had any problems asking or receiving what I was looking for... I appreciate their finance options and the staff is ALWAYS GREAT!I was serviced by Vergie from my home store in Aurora, CO... she not only had everything I asked for IN STOCK, applied a discount I qualified for, carried my pick up items around the store and fulfilled a very memorable transaction! ❤️Thanks again!

THE NAME SAYS IT ALL CONNS. Avoid this company/store. We purchased over 6 grand of appliances at this store. The process took very long, and I will have to say the sales guy was the only one who did everything to make sure our order was correct. On to the delivery/installation.....Our washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher was all delivered on the same day but installation for microwave and dishwasher would be a separate day. We paid extra for haul away of old units. They plugged in our new dryer and a huge spark/pop was herd. I was standing right there watching. The outlet and plug in turned black so I suggested to him to switch out the plug. Which he did. He then asked me to reset breaker. When my husband went to go check it didn't not "trip" but we reset it. Dryer doesn't work and my outlet is broken and now I have to fix this and this all could have most likely been avoided if driver turned the breaker off to begin with or let us do it. THEY DID NOT DO THEIR DUE DILLIGENCE and or are not trained properly. The manual to install this also states "disconnect power before making electrical connections".We have spoken to the assistant manager(female not sure of name)/store manager(James) of Conns and manager Calvin from Fidelitone and they have yet to make this right. The delivery driver did not turn off the breaker first before he plugged it in. Everyone from Fidelitone besides delivery drivers have been nothing but arrogant and rude. Their customer service is not up to par especially after paying over 6 grand. Mcdonalds customer service is better...Neither one of these companies Conns/fidelitone with take blame or compensate us for what happened. We supposedly have a claim filed with fidelitone but have yet received any correspondence from them. We have asked for them to waive the restock fee to return items because our microwave/dishwasher have not yet been installed they keep rescheduling because the guy was sick and I guess there is only one person that does that install. They also rescheduled without telling us we had to contact them. My appliances are still not installed and sitting in kitchen.Update on our claim. Fidelity is not going to reimburse us and have stated they are not at fault. Conns has not reimbursed us as well.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Lied about guaranteed delivery day. Online order reps was the rudest customer service person I have ever dealt with and she refused to allow me to talk to a manager. I paid a bunch for shipping that is going to be a day late and they have an o well attitude. This is not how you treat customers who just spent a bunch of money on a couch and then informed after purchase that it's not even the couch in the pictures! Seriously????? How is that legal? Do not purchase with them. I will be canceling my order tomorrow because the lady wouldn't let me today.

I'm done with Conns. Made two purchases and both have come out screwed up with extra costs. It takes forever to get anyone to fix anything. 3 months to get their insurance off an account when I provided mine at time of purchase.
