Had the door locked and didn’t want to help people on new years when the store hours clearly stated they were open. Not very nice at all. A customer that frequently goes there told me to knock on the door since he was supposed to be open.

New owners are better than the previous. Friendliness from staff and they also remember frequent customers. They remember what my daily purchases are, so it is quick and convenient, unlike the last owners

I get gas and sundries, it is right by my house. Staff is friendly, store is clean and well organized. Gas pumps always in working order and prices are reasonable for the day and age.

Recommended Good gas Station. Always has cheap gas and the customer service isn't bad.

Super friendly environment , one of the best 7-elevens I've ever been to:) pretty cool, they also have some new items that they don't usually Cary in 7-elevens which is always a bit refreshing

What a joke! Not helpful, nor customer friendly! Went in to purchase a few of the 7-11 brand Gatorade type drinks. Sign on the glass door where the drinks are located - is a 2/$3 sale sign for those products. I grabbed four thinking I would be paying $6.00. I made sure to check when the deal ends and it said until 4/2/22. Got to the counter - rings up regular price and the total was $9.00. I told him they were on sale and he huffed and puffed, but went to check, but also grabbed someone who might have been a manager. They were speaking to each other in foreign language and they both said "the system that applies the sale prices must not be working." I thought okay - they will just adjust the price for me and I will be on my way. NOPE - the manager went over and took the sign down from behind the glass door and said "deal must be done" shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I said "it says 4/2 and it is the end of February!" Needless to say - no price adjustment for their mistake and I ended up paying the $9.00. I won't ever go to that 7-11 again! I will take my business to Murphy's Express or Maverick a little further East on Quincy!

Frequently stop here after dropping my son at daycare. The gentleman that cashiers in the mornings is always having a positive attitude even when it gets super busy. He is always the only one working too. so the 5 stars is for him
