Absolutely awful. Today i scanned my card with one of the door people then walked in through the exit part to get to the food court like always, and instead of a polite correction due to the new policy, I got a full-blown screaming lecture from two receipt-checking employees. They yelled at me from across the warehouse, using truly unprofessional language. I'm not talking about a "whoops, wrong door," it was a full-on, aggressive berating. This isn't a one-off; the customer service here is consistently atrocious. It feels like the employees are trained to yell and belittle customers. If you enjoy being treated like a disobedient child, by all means, shop here. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. One star is far too generous.

Have an appointment today February 21st, 2024 at 2:30pm for fixing a flat tire. Check-in with the technician and handled over the car key at 2:30pm. Sitting here and it’s pass 3:30pm, my car is still parking outside and not in the bay. Why Costco Tire Center ask us to make appointment for service and they can’t commit to the appointment?

My friend and I went to Cotsco on Tuesday morning 02/19/25, we went to get eggs and water, we ended up buying more groceries, both of us have memberships, went to self-check out, my friend stay in one check out, I started to carry what I could to the other self check out, I asked the only male employee st the self check out he looked asian, wearing black glasses frame, think his name was (Manner) if he could scan my water that was underneath the cart, he said " you know next time, you should get your own cart" and walked away, he did not scanned my water, totally ignored me, I had to carry the water to the self check out.
