Employees refuse to speak Spanish even if they understand and admit they do but for some reason they don’t and give awful customer service ! Also they keep bringing friends to eat .

The young lady in the store was great. Her mom and brother stopped in to bring her lunch. The entire family was so nice and we talked like we had known each other for years. Excellent experience!

The younger guy working there was dismissive and clearly didn't want to be bothered. I wanted to buy a new phone and he made it clear that he had no interest in selling me one. He all but directly refused to sell me one. When I left and went to Google the next cricket store so I could give them my money and before I even got my butt into the chair he comes walking out to his car climbs in and just chills clearly watching for the next customer to enter the store and bother him.

Knock knock . Anyone HOME???????? Called Store on my cricket phone. Noooo answer .Foooorever! And likeFoooooorever. Called like soooo many many times . Does cricket just pay people to show up and get their gold star . Losing business allllllll day loooong.

After a horrifing experience with the world's worst person (Sienna at Cricket at 5498 S Parker Rd, Aurora), I called this Cricket store and spoke with Perlar, who assured me, yes, I could look at the actual phones. I was phone shopping for my special needs son, who was with me at both stores. I wanted a cheap phone, since it's going to get dropped and probably lost. Honestly, after Sienna, I just wanted to cut ties with Cricket and go to another carrier. Cricket has had great reception, we have 4 phones, and it's only $25 a month per phone, we've been with them for years. PERLAR IS AWESOME!!! Wow. She got the cheap phone, and a couple others, different cases, she let my son see them, touch them, get a feel for them, she had this case with buttons you could change (he loved that). I bought a phone, a case, a protective cover, got him his phone number, and out the store we went. THAT'S HOW YOU DO IT, SIENNA. Perlar was just the nicest, most knowledgeable person. I can't understand how Cricket could hire two people that are so different in customer service. But thank god they have Perlar. It's not the closest store, but I will go to any store she is at. Thank you Perlar!!

I'm in Aurora colorado. Not California. Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Can't get data or text on my phone since I arrived home in Feb 2023. I do have the answer after 200 hrs on phone with 611. I've had cricket for 22 yrs. No issues. Same house for 30 yrs. Can't get data/ text service. I drive 3 blocks... no problems. My job depends on my ability to post ads/ research products and reply to customers. I have recorded and documented the calls w/ cricket. I went to the Cricket store at Iliff and Buckley... desperate for help on numerous occasions. They said, "Call customer service" I said, "Customer service told me to go to store"They admitted service was bad and told me to get another phone and provider! I was only customer in store. They said.. not their problem, they can't help. I asked..Who can? She told me to leave store. WHAT? 15 more hrs w/ customer service... they told me to get new sim card. I couldn't do update because...I don't get service. Went to store at Iliff & Chambers. Wonderful service. She replaced sim card. Still can't get service. The truth is... The towers are overly congested! Get rid of the HBO max option! It's conjesting the system. I have a right to be upset when I cant get answers, Store owner needs to stop blaming phone! Towers at Tamerac are down! If you didn't know. it took me 200 hours to figure it out! DO NOT TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE S**** Stop blaming the phone and trying to sell phones! The service is down!It's been down til June 19th ! stop lying IIm in AURORA COLORADO NOT CALIFORNIA. Don't know where that came from.

I was planning a trip to Paris. I asked for international plan to be able to text and call my family to let them know how I was. Also map to get around Paris. Got to Paris and had no service. Had to buy a phone from a local shop, that cost me 140 euro. I was very upset, but made the best of it.

Me and my husband went in to upgrade new phones. The energy from the employees were terrible. We walked in the never said hi welcome to cricket I asked them about their phone she said they didn't have them they don't never have them but it's the one on their window which she found that they had them then she tried to charge me extra over the hundred dollars that I was supposed to pay. They need more communication if they will turn their music down in the store they making hear people talking. I'm just saying the young ladies need to find another job if they're going to have that energy and they need to work at a graveyard with that energy they have
