Over 20 years as a loyal customer & now I officially can't stand this rip off excuse for a phone service. LITERALLY CAN'T DO SHIT on their website cause they keep making unnecessary changes & half of their links to make a payment doesn't work, so now I'm practically forced to pay extra "in store" & they keep adding extra bullshit fees like their "bridge pay enrollment" which I've NEVER HAD TO DO even back n January 2025 when I needed a bridge payment. By far THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH

Morning shift needs to be replaced asap 0 customer service 0 greening when entering the store one girl was just checking her watch every two minutes but not assisting customers. They should hire people who actually want to work.

The girls working today July 26th 2023 at 5pm denied me and my friend service to pay our phone bills and gave us dirty looks and a really bad attitude. I had to drive 15 minutes to another location in where I had no issue paying my bill what’s so ever. Really need better employees

Continuing from the first post. The cashier lady never brought out the new phones to show us but she charged us for new phones brought out phone cases but I never got to see the new phone. I've never been somewhere where I went to purchase a phone and you don't go get the phone and show me the phone but you charge me for the phone crazy. As much as I love mariachi bands I don't want to hear it on level 100 in the store and I got over top the music

I went to the Aurora mall location. About 220pm Monday. I happen to teach sales and customer service.I felt unwanted in the store. The energy level was horrible. I will never go to that location again. For the 2 young ladies to be working at the mall It was a bad experience.
