Not open during stated business hours. No sign on door saying when they will return. Voicemail is full so you can't leave a message. No information there either if they had to close for the day or are closed for lunch.

At last, someone with Cricket that knew what they were doing.Sofia at this location was BOMB!She knew what had to be done and just did it. Give this young woman a raise and hire more like her. 3 other locations had no clue , or just wouldn't do what they were suppose to do. Great job Sofia!

I went in to get a line transferred into Cricket and Giorgi made sure I was very well taken care of and cleared up any questions I had and made the process SO easy and fast. By far the best service I have ever received at a Cricket Wireless. 10/10 would come here again. Thanks Giorgi, you rock!

Need to look for another manager at location 5498. The guy denied the service to us with 20 minutes left to close. He was rude and pissed and started being a smart and sarcastic Cricket just lost 4 lines with us.

Sienna in this store is insane. Me: (an actual paying customer, trying to buy a phone.) "Let's start cheap and work our way up." Sienna: We have a $29 phone. Me: Really? Wow. Can I see it? Sienna: No. Me: What? Sienna: We give them to the homeless. Me: You give them to the homeless but I can't actually buy one with real money. Sienna: No. (This is a true story. Let's continue.) Sienna: We have to be careful because of theft. Me: For a $29 phone that you give to the homeless for free. Sienna: Yes. Me: Ok, here (I slide my entire purse across the counter toward her). Can I see it now? Sienna: No. Me: Ok, let me try this another way. What is the next step up from a $29 phone? Sienna: We have a $40 phone. Me: Great. Can I see it? Sienna: It's on the counter over there. (No, sweetie, don't get up, I'll find it. I go to a counter, the phones are basically nailed into the case.) Me: Can I see this one? Sienna: No. (This is the point where I realize Sienna may have some sort of issue that prevents her from selling phones in a retail store that ONLY SELLS PHONES. I want a cheap phone for my special needs son, who was with me. Phones are tactical. You need to hold them, where are the buttons, is it heavy, and so on. You get what I'm saying. You aren't a moron.) Sienna is completely serious. I cannot buy a phone in her Cricket PHONE-SELLING STORE. I leave, my son in tow. I am so furious I am ready to get rid of my entire family's phones - 4 of them! I got across the street to Walmart and buy an unlocked phone that I can use with Cricket. Boom, done, by a very nice clerk at Walmart. I will be emailing Cricket corporate to ask why they pay rent on a STORE FRONT when their manager Sienna WON'T SELL A PHONE.

Stay away from this store! I purchased a new phone and the sales person added items to my bag without my knowledge to run up the sale. I did not catch this until I got home and now the store refuses to let me return one of the items due to "Policy". When is fraud a policy? A week later I received a letter in the mail re the phone insurance policy I had just signed up for. I did NOT sign up for additional insurance. They must work on commission. Worst customer service and underhanded employees.

The girl that was working was absolutely horrible. Very rude and abrasive. She didn’t care to help or care to even be there. The store smelled really bad, she was clearly just sitting in the vaping.We will not be returning to this store for anything.

My daughter and I went in the store the lady was so rude as if we were bothering her at her job we were trying to add a line and she was not helpful. We didn't add the line because of her rudeness. I have been with cricket for 15 years and have never been treated so horrible by any cricket employee. I will never return to that store.

It was great until I tried to return the phone and found out I was a day late. 7 days is not good enough for a return. Meanwhile I'm out 500 dollars and got a phone I don't want. I will never buy a phone from a Cricket store again. I will just do what I am doing now which is buying the phone directly from Samsung and trading in my old phone for credit.
