The gym is an amazing and comforting space with excellent trainers and coaches. Everyone feels at home, from experienced athletes to those new to CrossFit. The gym has the best prices in town and is a great place for people of all skill levels to workout, even families.

Just GO HERE…. It is such an amazing and comforting space. Everyone is so good. Especially the trainers. I love Dan. He is an amazing coach. He helped me correcting my technique’s and built confidence of lifting more weights.!I feel so fit and confident because of CFT Terra Nova. Thank you Roberto for bringing everyone...
