Love the location,
But the customer service is awful.
Went thru an absolute fiasco this summer and ongoing.
Attempted to pay my bill for July, was told I had to pay double the bill since new bill coming due, I come up with the double bill no longer then 24 hours later and am now told there is a lein fee.
Had a lady named Stephanie pass herself off as the district manager. Was actually a nice lady. She at the time stated if I can clear all this up we can change my billing date to help me, since that’s been an issue for years.
I get a call 9/10 asking what date the change is wanted to be, I said the 15th and thought we are good to go.
10/18 I get an email saying I’m getting a lein fee and don’t understand why because it’s 3 days late only.
So I call the property to no answer a few times, call customer service and get a ticket Put in for the DM to call.
After sending emails both Monday and Tuesday I finally get a call Wednesday from the property. Stating I owed 25 to switch the date?
But on my current bill. I had both property and Stephanie agree they are charging the 25 dollars but haven’t switched the due date?
In an effort to ask again for the district manager I still cannot talk to this gentleman,
With all fairness if you’re gonna charge me to switch a date… the date should be switched.
Anywho, the property manager is very smart,
If I’m assuming bill die 15th, and she waits til the 22nd to call. I’m now beyond threshold and am overlocked forced to pay the entire bill to access it.
I had every intention on paying this Friday. But they want to mess with my mental health and lie to me.. customer service agreed this all doesn’t sound right.
But I cannot talk to a DM.
And truth be told all this over 25$ and avoidable if the property manager picks the phone up and calls me,
That being said her and Stephanie see no fault, take no accountability. I’d love to speak to the owner or GM not the lady from Littleton off County Line road presenting herself to be the DM, And not the pro manager who’s a liar.
This was all an easy an avoidable situation.
Instead it’s a battle again.
I’m being calm and both women have to belittle and demean me.
This place is crazy.
Managers can fix this stuff and coach the others
Tanika told me in customer service the customer is never right,
And I’m so appalled
All the while we just wanted Halloween decor since Saturday.
Gee… what a waste.

This place has the most unfriendly, disgruntled employees I have ever encountered at a cubeSmart. I've rented from 2 different locations and my experience was totally different. I've had my stuff here way to long because I have seen the whole staff change. The old head manager Angela was a big meanie and very unpleasant but I wish she was back in comparison to all the new staff that I have no opinion but to deal with them. At the location they have no time of the store hrs and no phone number to connect with them. They have only a QR code and it says bluntly to schedule a appointment for service. Both the entrance and exit code machines have non working screens and so you can't tell what your typing and can't read the information on instructions to use. I hate to deal with them and I'm sure I'll only get more grief for submitting this review. But the truth is the help line for cubeSmart and their operators are great people and have always been helpful id give a 5* and you can contact u can contact till very late if not 24 hrs. Once again I'm going to have to call them to make a payment because here it says online payments but I don't see a link or anyway I can and I know if I go there then I'll be at the door looking seeing them inside and get no help. Id choose the next closest cubeSmart to rent from if I could make the decision different I definitely would.

We showed up a little after the office closed at 5:30 not knowing their hours. Tamika at the office was so accommodating and stayed later than she had to to help us. She was such a lovely person for having done that. Thank you so much! Great customer service and just plain old kindness.

Kudos to Tina and the other staff at the stores facility who have always gone the extra step to be professional and courteous and they are zealous advocates of tenant rights here as well. The grounds are kept clean usually and I've never had any issues here since I started here
more than 6 months ago!
