Another year, another lost prescription! How does one receive a call from CVS telling me the script is on the way when nothing is in the system apparently? So the life saging drug i need is missing as I suffer. If I could sue I would. Everything in this country is jacked up

Absolutely refuse to ship the life extending meds I need that are covered by my insurance. The most under qualified staff I’ve ever spoke with on the phone. Avoid at all costs! Walgreens sent the meds without issue.

Wish you could give no stars. CVS Specialty is the bane of my existence. If can avoid doing business with them, do yourself a favor and steer clear.
