They were quick in serving the customers.

I ordered my perscription online, it said it was around $30. Suddenly at the counter it was over $50. Employees were rude and dismissive about it, another lady told me she was having the same issue. I dream of having ONE good experience at a CVS.

The customer service and speed of service are really very poor. A typical wait for prescriptions at this location is at least 5 to 10 minutes but I have often waited much longer. I had an appointment to get a vaccine, arrived on time, and still waited 20 minutes to get my shot even after the line had dissipated. The people behind the registers don't ever seem to move with any urgency or care.

Nasty cashier has an attitude everytime I go in, which is a least once per month. Today (10/4), I let her know she has a problem and the other reviews echoed the same thing. Ok CVS, there are a lot of people that need jobs and having this hostile employee as the face of CVS serving people who are there because of a medical issue(s) and need medication do not need this poor customer service and/or the attitude on top of it. Please take value of your customers that deserve better. I'm taking my business elsewhere, but I say this for those that may not have that as an option.
Be Well!

Slowest pharmacy. Put my prescription up even though I was still in the window to pick it up then told me I’d have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to fill it after waiting in line for 25 minutes.

At the pharmacy I was treated rudely and abruptly by the initial person I was serviced by at the counter. The Pharmacist was very nice as well as the last I was taken care of at the end of the prices as they were about to close.
Initially the phone call I made was ignored by your automated system. You're employee that called me back was helpful HOWEVER they said if they could fill the prescription they would send me a notification.
They entire issue was difficult because the location is WAY across town and I needed to know before I drive over since my doctor's office made a mistake and they couldn't transfer the order....
Couldn't get a person on the phone AGAIN BECAUSE YOUR AUTOMATED SYSTEM IS TRASH so I had to drive over to see them in person (where I got treated rudely by the first person I was dealing with) then thankfully the helpful associate listed to me over the rude associate and I still had to wait an hour to get it filled. Overall the entire situation was horrible UNTIL the end. I have high blood pressure and this was just more stressful and disgusting treatment. I'm thankful for the Pharmacist and the last that helped me at the end as they were closing.
Get Better CVS we can take our business elsewhere

Should have read reviews before I chose to use CVS. Picked up a prescription yesterday and the screen total was $103. I put in my card to pay and the price jumped to $124 and some change. None of the pharmacists could explain why the price jumped when checking out. I just paid for it and left because I needed my prescription that day. The next day, my Dr. called in a new order. Being upset about the day before, I called another pharmacy to transfer it from CVS. When I went to pick it up, they hadn't filled it because they said CVS never answers their phone. They left a message but CVS hadn't called back. This was an urgent medication so I had to go back to CVS to fill. I called the pharmacy approximately 6 times and they never answered their phone. Working on a pharmacy you have to make yourself available to your patients. I'll never use CVS again.

Wasn't able to speak to anyone about the prescription on the phone. I guess they trust robots too much. Had to go personally, spend 30-40 minutes waiting to get my prescription. They don't think about their customers.

Switched to CVS from Walgreens. My doctor sent over a prescription for Allegra. They had to order it, then cancelled my order, when they ran it again it was denied by insurance. CVS indicated to them that I had picked it up. I went in, pharmacist said, “it’s for over the counter, it’s down that aisle.” Argued with me, about the prescription. It is a PRESCRIPTION, they messed up this order, they won’t help with admitting their error or fix it. I’m never using them again. They refused to fix their error or even admit they made one. They didn’t care that I told them, I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I've always had a good experience at this pharmacy. Even when they don't have adequate stock to fill a prescription, they will take the time to check other pharmacies that do.

The people that work here have no manners. I ask how they’re doing. No response.

I am visiting from out of state. I called the Aurora CVS to obtain a medication that I had run out of. From first contact to filled prescription, it was all done in the same day!
