This pharmacy has gone thru some personnel changes recently. Jenn, a technician, has gone above & beyond for me on numerous occasions! One example: I get a monthly injector & w/ insurance it costs $100. Jenn hooked me Up with a coupon so I get it for $5! When the coupon online system went down for a few days, she personally called me to give me the info so I would t waste a trip

Your new pharmacist stands there for 15 minutes doing inventory but does not attend to any of the clients in line. This is unacceptable customer service.

This is a terrible pharmacy. I will not even give them one star poor service. When you go online, it says your prescription will be ready in an hour. It is now 6 o'clock and they have not even started filling in the prescriptions that came in at 11 AM this morning. Won't go back.

And yet again CVS had screwed up a prescription. CVS has a regular habit of not being able to fill prescriptions. This pharmacy really does suck. And bad!

Best pharmacy experience around. I switched from Walgreens in Foxfield a few years back and have never looked back. I simply don’t have the same issues with this pharmacy. They have great pharmacists (shout out to Crystal- always super pleasant, knowledgeable and professional) and techs (shout out to Jen, friendly and helpful) It’s just a way better experience all the way around.

I was so impressed with the pharmacists! I came in to pick up an antibiotic that was prescribed from an urgent care for my daughter. The pharmacist asked me how much my daughter weighed because he got a high dose warning when he was putting the prescription together and it felt off to him. I told him the weight, and he asked me to wait and did the math. It would have ended up being an overdose. He offered to call the urgent care, and did so. After some back and forth, the urgent care found they mistyped her weight, resulting in the wrong dosage calculation. The pharmacist and the urgent care verified the correct dose and he remade the prescription for me. It was so refreshing that he decided to double check the alert, and then do so much extra work to get it right. I am fairly confident that not everyone would have taken the extra time to ask about the weight to make sure the dosage was right after seeing that alert. Thank you so much!! That type of support and service is what keeps me returning to CVS and what will result in me recommending them to friends and coworkers moving forward.

I decided enough was enough with Walgreens pharmacy. If you have ever filled at a Walgreens, you know exactly what I am talking about. Everything from the Pharmacist, to the pharm techs on down is excellent at this CVS. No rude comments or judgements. I feel they actually care about my health. I was taken back by the smiles on their faces upon greeting me at the counter. I am so thankful for discovering this specific CVS location and will continue to trust them in tandem with my doctor to provide the best care for me and my family.

Today I went to pick up my medicine for ADHD since I ran out a week ago. I was treated very badly by a young gentleman working at the CVS pharmacy. They looked in their system and saw that on November 11 I had picked up a 30 day supply, so I wasn’t due for a refill until December 8. I was confused by this, I told them I did come a few days ago to pick up other medicines, but not this one. The guy automatically assumed that I was trying to trick them out of more pills and he said so. He said “either someone stole them from your cabinet, someone impersonated you on November 11th, or you’re trying to get more pills, which one is it? Why are you trying to get more pills huh? What’s going on? I am going to check the security cameras from that day”. I looked at him very confused and I said I wasn’t trying to get more pills, to please go ahead and check the security cameras. I told him I spoke with my doctor today and he sent me a refill today because I had run out. The conversation went on in circles for around 10 minutes, with him being very mean and confrontational and completely insinuating that I was trying to get more pills. I came back home and noticed that I indeed had picked up the pills I needed on November 11 but completely forgot about them. My sister died a month ago and I have such foggy grief brain and I have no memory of me picking it up. I understand how the situation can look from the outside, but that’s no justification to automatically assume the worst out of people and treat your costumers in such disrespectful manner. The pills I need are anti depressants, for anxiety, and adhd, I forget stuff A LOT and mostly during this difficult time. I just can’t believe how I was treated.

This CVS Pharmacy in Target is amazing. The pharmacy employees are professional, knowledgeable and provide great customer service. I have used this pharmacy location since Target opened at Cornerstar and have continued since the pharmacy became a CVS Pharmacy. While I could purchase my one of my two prescriptions for less elsewhere, I continue to use this CVS Pharmacy location because of the pharmacy employees. Extremely helpful every time and they always make sure all my questions are addressed before I leave. I can't imagine going anywhere else. I wish I could give 10 stars as they definitely deserve them.

Nice experience. They actually listened to me, and bothered to clarify everything, caring for customers. And the job was done, unlike that other place up by I-25 on Arapahoe, where you could beg to death, and they still would not do their job. Here, it was confidential, efficient and no big deal. Done quickly and correctly.

Exceptionally unhelpful and condescending. When I had an issue with a prescription, they refused to even try help me. When I called about a prescription on hold, they hung up on me. If you have to use a CVS, go find another location that will actually work with you.

We needed to get diabetic syringes for my mom which we have done at Walmart and Walgreens in the past no issues at all. Well there was only this CVS open and in our area. They wouldn't let us buy some without a prescription. After I explained the situation to the pharmacist, he became really rude and got an attitude.
