I do not recommend this place, they are thieves, they arrive, show you the prices and when you go to pay they charge you another higher amount, I asked them for the $35 service and they ended up buying me $60 and terrible service, very bad attention I give it 0-10. terrible, terrible service

The staff is rude. I went in and asked how long the wait was and to even get acknowledged it took some time. She told me to come back in one hour, so I did. The woman I had spoken to left and the other woman never acknowledged me. For those reviews saying not to come here, I should have listened.

I used to go to this salon for so long and found out that phi phi sold the shop. I had Nikki do my nails and she was kind but..... wow, i was actually really scared to get my gel toes done. I have never seen this place so filthy. Phi Phi kept everything top notch and super clean. The floor was so filthy and had not been cleaned nor swept and the carts were just gross and unorganized I would not trust at all any of the tools they use. They only have 2 people working so i assume this shop will go down quickly. Like i said Nikki was very nice but far too young to know how to run a business. They really need to focus on a clean shop. nothing looks like it used to chairs were dirty and the pedicure bowls were not clean either. if it was not for the plastic covers I would not have stayed. I cannot even rate this shop now as it is way below a 1 .

If only I could give zero stars. Worst nail experience ever. My fingers were bleeding for 4 days after she "cut my cuticles". I have dents in my nails from her machine. I went back to ask her to treat other customers better than she did me and she wouldn't even look at me.Please spend the extra $15-$25 and get your nails done somewhere else where you won't be at risk of any infections.

Nicole was amazing!! she did exactly what I asked and more! Our conversation was amazing, she explained the gel x process to me as she did it! Before the appointment she communicated either me well over instagram! the salon was clean and the prices are EXTREMELY reasonable for the work done! 11/10 I WILL be back!!

Fe fe and Daniel were my go to people before the management changed. The new staff is very rude They have started charging exorbitant prices. Never going back.

I saw a review from Cindy H here on Yelp. I didn't know how to reply to her directly. She has been going to Phi Phi & was lied to when she called to make an appointment at Davi Nails saying she was on vacation. I've been going to Phi Phi at Davi Nails for at least 10 yrs. She always did an excellent job. I called to make an appointment with her at Davi Nails & they LIED & said she was on vacation & they didn't know when she'd be back. I knew she hadn't planned a vacation. It makes me really angry when salons do that to try to grab/keep the stylists business! Luckily I have her mobile number & was able to contact her. She moved to Magic Nails & Lash 6775 S. Cornerstar Way, Aurora at Arapahoe & Parker Rd. 303-862-6706. magicnailsandlashaurora.com It's a beautiful new salon. They just had their grand opening a couple weeks ago. If anyone knows Phi Phi, & wants to continue to go to her, please contact Magic Nails & Lash.

Aurora, CO location: This nail salon used to be great but has gone downhill and especially today. I had an appt. w/PhiPhi who I have been seeing for years along with her brothers who no work there, but was told she called in on vacation and they did not know when/if she would be back. There were 2 techs working....a 20 y/o who was very nice with her client but I ended up with the other one. Thinh Tran was on my receipt. She was very combative, rude, and had a horrible attitude. I remembered her from when the mgmt change came about a few months back and she was the same with another client and it made everyone so uneasy. She is very sassy and could care less if the customer is happy. She should only be painting nails as she is totally inexperienced in cleaning nails and especially taking care of ingrown toenails and just the entire process. She used some sort of blade to lift up the tissue and then cut it off with nippers after pulling it away from the toe. She would pick and pick at the same area (and acted surprised when I told her it hurt) and at one point, pulled a huge piece of skin off and my toe started to bleed, and she had to apply pressure (which HURT) and put antiseptic on it for a long time. I told her that she should be working on the "nail"....not the "skin" and she tried to tell me that the skin is what causes the trouble....even tho they call it ingrown toe nails.....not ingrown toe skin. She argued with me about that even when I told her I never had this with my reg. nail tech. She never said she was sorry or anything. Just about everything she did was sub-standard compared to PhiPhi's work. The time was much shorter, and I asked about getting a leg massage as was usually done and she told me "You got it....you must have forgot". People go to get manis/pedis to relax and have a pleasurable time. My time there was horrible and it ruined my day. I did not feel she deserved a tip and boy was she snitty about that. You will surely lose customers if you keep her there and I am hesitant to go back. I was looking at your website and the pictures you post of that salon. It doesn't look anything like that now. Does mgmt. ever visit their salons to see what is going on? The chairs, remotes and stools are beat up, and everything is very dirty and unkept. If PhiPhi does not come back.....you have lost an excellent technician.
