If you need alterations Lucy is th person to go to here. She was very helpful in deciding what needed altered on my wedding dress. When I went in to try it on I was amazed and so happy with how it turned out out!

Jan was a delight to work with! She listened to what we wanted for a bridesmaid dress and made sure to get us something that would come in time.

I scheduled my appointment over a month out and when I came in they were already busy with two walk ins. They didn’t help me beyond zipping me up. They undid my dress and I had to walk across the store to the tiny dressing room having to hold up my strapless, long dress. The quality of alterations was good but way too expensive. The alterations lady was also very pushy on adding more expenses to it. But beggars can’t be choosers I guess.

I had the most amazing experience at David’s Bridal shopping for my wedding dress. I honestly did not want to go anywhere to look for a dress and was willing to settle for ordering one online. My mom and sister convinced me to go and honestly we would never be able to replace that experience. Alexis J. Was the beautiful lady helping me out and she was incredible! She was so personable and helped to make me feel seen, beautiful, and valued. I was smiling/laughing the entire time I was there. Alexis truly helped me find the most elegant and beautiful dress for my wedding and I could not be most grateful for her and the experience she gave me!

Customer service was lacking. Don’t care to help us making us wait for hours while allowing others to try on dresses. I would not recommend this place unless you want a headache. Especially from the older lady with short hair.

From my first appointment until my alterations were complete I was welcomed with a warm and professional smile by all employees. I would like to shout out Lucy the Alterations Expert who always had a smile and was very accommodating in helping me make my dresses become what I’ve envisioned. I’d recommend to check out the David’s Bridal in Aurora, CO as an option for any occasion that requires a little extra something with reasonable prices.

Had an appointment but was just too excited and couldn’t wait. So I did a walk in. Had to wait a smidge bit I know that was could happen due to not having an appointment, which was fine we got to look around :)All of the ladies that were there that day were so so sweet. When I got to try on dresses the main consultant that helped me was so sweet, supportive and honest. The other ladies that worked there and jumped in to help when my consultant was helping a couple other ladies was so sweet. They had the best compliments and just made this girl feel special. Thank you all so much for the help and making me feel amazing and so excited for my day! ❤️

I had the pleasure of working with Alexis (sp?) today. She made me feel comfortable and beautiful. I made an appointment next week to try on the last few dresses with one of my friends.

After checking in at the front of the store for my appt, the clerk said to start looking and my stylist/rep/salesperson would be with me in a minute. After 5 min I finally had to corned a sales clerk in my own at the pay kiosk in the middle of the store. There were 2 ladies there, both acted as if I was a walk-in as well as someone who maybe shouldn’t be there. Like they were surprised I wanted to see a stylist. Then the dress the bride picked out was not in existence in the store, not just “not in my size” but at all, like it didn’t exist. The monstrosity I tried on was, frankly, not flattering in any way, shape or form. Guess it’s my fault for wearing a size 10 or 12 in the real world and having to try in a 16 in your sizes. Then there was going to be $275 in alterations! Absurd. Twice the price of the dress, by the way. Overall it was a humiliating and humbling experience for a lady in her 50s who is having to be a bridesmatron. I am so sorry it turned out like this. Not sure what I will do.
