The cars are not in good condition because I have returned mine GMC, Yukon get work on I know the mechanic is not well train because I still have to get Yukon work on the item the O2 sensor.the repair the converter but forgot to replace the O2 sensors and return mine vehicle to me and replay, to me it was completed everything is done.Was it?No the sensors was never replace and the engine light keep coming on and the vehicle was running like scrap and stall out while driving.The place was fast to take mine money but slow to get mine vehicle repaired. I am not a happy customer they need to get well train mechanic that are not afraid to work and if can’t fix the problem admit it not try to cover up the problem and tell the customers the job is done, that tell me they don’t know what they doing.

DO NOT GO TO THEM BY ANY MEANS!!!! They made us pay for spark plugs and coils and when we got a new engine they KEPT THE NEW ONES and now my car is broken down AGAIN. This place needs to be shut down!

I’m not sure how they choose which customers to actually help, but these people are terrible. Your best option would be literally anywhere else. Better customer service from the gas station attendant selling a toy car. If you HAVE to get a car from here, make sure you take it to a shop first so they can tell you all the problems that you were about to buy and you can just go somewhere else.
Corey slipped and admitted to us that he sold us a bad car. Made a weak attempt to backpedal before just staying quiet while we laughed at him. Had to laugh to stop from getting angry. Life is too short to buy a car from scoundrels. And these people are scoundrels.

These people stole my car back without providing me any written or verbal notice that I was in default or any opportunity to cure the default, despite Colorado state law requiring them to do so. What’s worse, is they pretend that they didn’t take my car and that they don’t have my car, but the worst of these is that I have $4000 worth of business inventory and personal items in that car -that they just stole- and will not return. I will be filing civil action on Monday. I would never ever in your life go with these people because they are just about as crooked as they come. If they feel they don’t have to follow their own contracts or Colorado state law, what makes you think they’re gonna do anything legitimate with you? Spread the word.

I would not buy a car from this company what so ever. To start this off I went through a person on Facebook to buy my car. The guy I met said we will have to go to this car lot to make the sale. I paid straight cash for this car and paid it off. I called maybe a month later to see why I haven't got my title they had no knowledge of the man I was talking about. I finally was able to locate the title there but took a week. They then told me they would mail it out. My tags go out tomorrow I had to go and get the title bc they can't keep there paperwork together. Then when we try to express our feelings on the matter and the general manager was completely rude through the whole process.

My husband bought a second vehicle from here Cory was great. But they haven't paid off the loan for the trade in we did, and my husband went to register the vehicle ( had for almost 60 days) and the dealership hasn't sent in the info to the DMV. So couldn't get the plates. Very careless. They don't know anything when you call. The people you need to talk to are never there.

Super unprofessional... They called me and lied about being able to finance me... They couldn't find the car supposedly. I call them back to ask them about their online inventory and Cory has no idea about his own inventory lol it's insane when customers know more about your inventory than you do. Amateur hour... I'd rather take the bus than work with these people. Cant imagine how bad the vehicles are mechanically. Avoid this sh1t show at all costs

The finance manager Tommy was great; very thorough and made sure everything was explained. The other two managers there also very courteous and friendly; welcoming me in when it was half an hour until closing time. I needed a car on short notice, and these guys delivered! The level of professionalism and courteous nature of their way of doing business is unparalleled, and as far as I’ve been in the world of buying cars. Thanks guys, you will come highly recommended to all my friends and family!
