Professional. Got me windshield wipers at good price. Just wish they got the right tire my fault for pointing out the wrong tire. But ig all tires should've been checked as a standard.

After a bad experience with Jiffy Lube, I drove over to this Discount Tire location to see if they had any availability for a walk-in. Sam was very kind and helpful - he measured my tire tread depth and had the tires I needed in stock. On top of that, he added an $80 promotional discount to my tire purchase. They had my car serviced in 30 minutes. And they threw in windshield wiper blade replacements for free! Great customer service, quick replacement - all around great experience here!

My tire went flat this AM and they honored my tire protection plan with a replacement. I was a walk in, so it took about an hour and a half before my replacement was complete, but the service was excellent despite the time spent waiting.

Been coming to this location for several years, always a good experience! The staff is not just knowledgeable but respectful, which is especially hard to find in the auto industry as a woman.
Recently, the emissions place wouldn’t test my car due to the TPMS light being on even though the tires were at the proper PSI. I came here and they showed me how to calibrate it and sent me on my way in 5 minutes, free of charge! Today, I had a screw in my tire, Tyler was very thorough in explaining my options and they were done in under 40 minutes for much less than I expected to pay.
This is my favorite location, hands down!

wonderful experience
I got a flat tire while driving on the highway on friday. my dad took the tire in. they gave him an estimate of a 2 hour wait. He was seen much quicker than that. They replaced the tire for $40 because the tire was on warranty. Then when my dad came home to put the new tire on, he inspected the others and another tire had a nail in it. so he took that one to the same discount tire. luckily this nail hadn't punctured the tire so they were able to remove it and patch it up. The entire experience was extremely quick. Very happy with them

Friendly and professional staff. Everyone here works hard to make sure customers get taken care of in a timely manner. Better than other Discount Tire locations I've been to in the metro.

Sam provided excellent service. Being a girl it’s quite intimidating going into a tire shop. However, Sam made my visit so pleasant. I was able to understand certain terms and life of my tires.
