If I could give zero stras I would had a bolt the size of a bolt for a truck. Went in had to wait 20 min to even talk to anyone the got told they could fix my tire in less than an hour. I asked if it could hold air till I got off work. Which is where I was headed. We'll he said good thing is it's not going to come out like a nail you will be fine just tell Donny to put air in it. We'll that's line was just as long as the one inside. So THANKS FOR NOTHING NOW I NEED A NEW TIRE. THIS ISNT THE 1ST TIME DISCOUNT HAS LET ME DOWN!!!

These guys were so good! I went in because one of my tires had a screw and was losing air pressure, and these guys patched it for free. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Thank you, Cesar and the team, for an amazing service.

This location in Green Ranch sucks ! Sat in line for the free air check for 15 minutes while multiple employees ignored me. I dove off. A few weeks later I thought I’d give them a chance to redeem themselves. Ordered a tire, called to see if it arrived a couple of days later, and they said they have no record of me ordering it.
Went to a different location in Arvada Colorado and the service was excellent ! I’ll drive the extra 20 miles for now on.

had a slow tire leak on a holiday weekend within an hour of closing time. no sweat for Discount Tire. Danny performed a check of all of my tires, explained their tread situation, fixed the slow leak for free and even complimented my Eleganza very well. Also got me a good deal on some new wipers too.
Danny's customer service is old school and refreshing in times like these! don't ever change young man! 👏🏿 👏🏿 👏🏿

I had an excellent experience. Ryan and his team were able to get me in and out in less than an hour. It may have been a simple slow leak fix, but they me feel like I was priority even on a busy afternoon.

Do yourself a favor and make an appointment before you show up. Wait times could be a little while if you dont. But I guess that reflects the service. These guys (and or gals) had the nail out of my tire and on the road in 30 minutes. Overall pretty easy experience with no issues

Went in for a free tire rotation today since my tires were purchased here. After my vehicle was complete, I got in the truck and my steering wheel was covered in dirt and grease from the mechanic who parked it wearing his gloves while parking my truck. Before leaving I quickly checked my tire pressure on the dash and the tires were about 10 pounds lighter than what they should be. I went back in and asked if my steering wheel could be cleaned and the tire pressure readjusted. They were happy to help and asked what pressure I wanted. I just said the truck spec says 55 in the front and 45 in the rear. The manager told me they were already good but they would look again. Once they finished they told me the dash reading needs to be auto adjusted after I drive for a while. So I left and drove back to work. The steering felt very tight and I knew the front tires were still low. I then drove 30 miles home on slick roads and went straight to the discount tire closer to my house. My front tires were 15 pounds under what they should have been. Truck handles and feels great now. Thanks Parker discount tire.

Rotated tires but didn’t balance them. Went back for them to balance them they charged me and didn’t balance them only to say I needed new tires after they said my tires were good. 😔

Missed a day of work to get a flat fixed. Went to go to work the next day the tire was still flat. Went back and recieved attitude from the manager basically calling me a liar even though it's in their system and I had a receipt. I do not recommend this place unless you are in the area.

I called today to see if they were still doing air checks as it’s been a few years since I’ve been to a discount. They said yes and come on in with no indication I would need to wait long. I was already in the area in my camper van and stopped by just 5 minutes after I called. I waited behind 2 people. They both left as no one came to the air station. This was 5 minutes after I arrived so who knows how long they have been waiting. I pulled up in my sprinter. I waited 10 minutes. I counted 8 people but no one came to check my tires. I called while waiting and asked if I could do it myself. For the record I used to work at a different discount tire many years ago. They said no and someone will come out. I waited another 5 minutes. Someone did come up to tell me to move my van so they could pull a car into the bay. I told him I just need an air check and he just said ok and went on his way to work on another car.
Terrible. Wasted nearly a half hour just to leave as I lost hope.
Don’t come here. When I worked at discount they prided themselves on service but this location appears mismanaged. I saw sales folks inside not helping anyone at times. Poor service.

Not anymore. Don't go here. They are understaffed. They Don't even have enough staff to man the tire pressure check station. I was third in line waited 20 minutes, no staff. I talked with an employee (there were 2 employees trying to operate a floor jack on a trailer, it only takes 1 person to operate a floor jack), he said the guy up front operateing the computer would come out. That didn’t happen. I left and went to Les Schwab across the street to get my tires checked. Don't go to Discount Tire if you are short on time.

This is our go to tire place. I have been a customer for 20 years. I get both me business vehicle tires here as well as our personal cars.

This discount tire location is the worst I've seen i went today 1-27-25 to get air in my tire w I was there half an hour with nobody paying any attention to me just ignoring me the whole time. I called the service desk and was told that when someone was not busy they would help me. I waited another 15 min still being ignored finally I called again asked if someone would move the sign in front of my car so I could leave and was told someone would move it , I waited longer nobody came i got out of my car moved the sign and left, this is a sorry place treating costumers like that! The employees think it's funny it's not.

The employees really make an effort to not ignore people. My tire was not in stock, but they brought it in as soon as they could. The shop is clean and has plenty of seating.
