I had the most bizarre incident with the staff. So I've occasionally shopped at this location for a little over a year. This morning I walk in, and apparently one of the staff members thought I was someone else (then again, many people always say I look like someone they know, I get that a lot ) who was apparently banned there and told me "you aren't allowed here, as if this was something I knew. "I said...are you sure you have the right person?"- Which she replied with a quick "Yes, now go," then seemed to do a double-take for a brief second as if she wasn't certain. At this point the other workers there were backing her up and telling me to leave. So, I just said ok and left.
Not that I have a photographic memory of what every staff member there looked like, but they didn't seem familiar to me at all. I totally understand that Aurora's got a lot of degenerate scum to deal with, but I'm an adult, if I were ever banned from somewhere, you won't see me there again.
I've never had a bizarre situation like this happen in my entire life. But hey, if I was at working at a Dollar Store in my 30's - 50's, maybe my memory would be pretty awful too. So, I won't stress it too hard.

Won't be going there again! The light skinned pregnant lady at the front was rude. Two lanes were open but she made the other girl at the register stop checking people out when the line was going down the aisle. Then when I got to the front she turned her back to me and didn't ask if I needed a bag. She was asking everyone else before me. Then had to nerve to talk about me to other customers as I was walking out. I know because she pointed at me through the window eyeing me. I would say get better employees but I won't be going back.

This is one of the cleaner and better stocked locations, but the last several times I've gone there, they had the self checkout machines down and with paper bags over the terminal screens. Wouldn't be so bad if they had more than one cashier.
Prepare to potentially wait in line for 20+ minutes even on a weekday. The cashiers themselves handle things with grace, more power to them. It's just wild that self checkout has effectively been down for a couple months.

- I received terrible service from cashier Barbara no customer service at all what so ever. Butted into a conversation with me and another customer started an argument and proceeded to call me broke. I already called cooperate on her definitely needs to be fired.

I was trying to buy an Uber card (50.00), cash.
My bill was a 100.00, she said she just started and couldn't give me change.
I opted for a 40.00 because I just had that amount.
When I asked I they weren't accepting 100.00 bills she said "No, we don't and it's written in the front door"
I told her I didn't read anything and she said in a rude manner that it is because people doesn't know how to read
On my way out I looked in the windows and door, there wasn't a sign or anything about that
I can understand if they don't accept that bill, but please, be polite and say so without being disrespectful.
The name of the clerck is Tazah.

The store was well stocked and clean but that's about where the good stops. Employees were unfriendly and acted as if inquiring whether they had an item or not was a huge burden. There was no cashier up front with a huge line and one of the two self check out machines having an issue. Likely will not be returning to this location.

This Dollar Tree is the biggest nicest well organized Dollar Tree I have ever been in. My sister and I spent two and a half hours in there and it was a lot of fun. You should check it out!!

I bought a few items at the Dollar Tree on Chambers and Parker Road a few days before Christmas. 2 days after Christmas I went back to return 3 items totaling $7.50. I was told that they do not do returns, but I can do an even exchange. I did not have time to shop and was told I had 90 days to do the exchange. I went in yesterday 2/4/24 and was told that I had to find 1 item worth $5 and 2 items @ $1.25. Really? I can't buy 10 items @ $1.25? NOPE!! So I went in search for a $5 item and 2 $1.25 items. Went to checkout and the manager was cashiering. She rang up my exchange items and then began crediting the returned items. She proceeded to tell me that my $5 item was only ringing up at $.01 and that is all she can credit me. it did not matter that I had my receipt. She refused to do an adjustment, proceeded to tell me that she does not like confrontation and would not discuss it any further. The lady in line behind me, said the same thing happened to her previously. This MANAGER who does not like confrontation was so incredibly rude and is not customer service material. I am going to pursue this further and try to find out who her supervisor is, for the sake of principal.

I walked into this store with my husband and daughter with a diaper bag backpack. Nothing was said to us about the diaper bag. My husband goes back outside to get the reusable bags and was screamed at for having a backpack. He wasn't asked to keep it up front or nothing he was told to leave. Absolutely not ok. I then stood up front waiting for my husband to get back when I then see three other people come in with back packs and nothing was said to them either. I then just left I will not come back

So I showed up at 8:50pm the store closes at 9pm. I only needed one thing so I wouldn't have been in the store long. As I approached the door, a woman inside shook her head no at me. She wasn't wearing a uniform or anything so I proceeded to open the door and this rude lady snached the door wouldn't allow me inside and then told me that they close at 8:55 and she doesn't have to allow me in. It wasn't even 8:55 yet, and the hours posted on the door clearly say they close at 9pm. So she blatantly lied to me and was rude about it. I would never leave someone like that in charge of my business.
