Creepy, annoying cameras that sound off as you pass them in every aisle. As if the overhead surveillance cameras and staff watching and following people like hawks isn’t enough. This isn’t just a response to a supposed shoplifting issue, it’s a total disregard for the customer shopping experience since DT’s clientele are typically lower- income people.
Also, If you remember the times when police would patrol every corner of this city but there was somehow 10x more crime and general chaos , just know that this is what the recent hyper-surveillance in stores like Dollar Tree is for, to justify higher police presence in these areas and to “train” people to become comfortable/indifferent to such excessive surveillance.
If and when you can, only buy things you urgently need from these stores and avoid any leisure shopping here.

Always happy with Dollartree. They provide a valuable section of cheap products at cheap prices. Sometimes I can find things here cheaper than the other stores. Often they struggle with keeping the store stocked and clean but the staff always seem cheerful and friendly.

This dollar tree is such a mess you walk in and it’s just a disaster. It’s hard to find anything since the shelf’s are just piled with stuff. Trash is everywhere and the floors just look gross. Bought Food and it was expired. The freezer food is molded. Bad shopping experience and store management seems not to care.

Stopped in to pick up a couple of items. There was only one cashier for it to be a busy Saturday. She was very friendly though. Checkout went well.
