I am so grateful and thankful for Carla (not sure if I’m spelling her name right) and her co worker. 5/5 ⭐️ From customer service to customer care, Carla made sure I walked out of there satisfied and that’s exactly what happened. Not to mention I had a bad experience at a different location. I will be coming back to this location in the future!

My hubby and I went to the Aurora location in Colorado and was helped by Milon. He was friendly, very helpful and patient because we’d never been there before. He helped us and I was very happy with my purchase! What great customer service and a nice clean store.

I recieved a basket as a gift 11/7. Presentation was Great. But the fruit was hard as a rock and it never riped to be able to eat it. Then it got sour. Had to throw away. I called & never recieved a callback. I sent a message review to Corporate never got a call. This is horrible setvice & quality of product.Regina

If I could’ve left zero stars I would have. Ordered a get well package for my buddies daughter who had surgery talk to the staff and arranged a late delivery however, package was dropped off very early and left on the doorstep. Not what we discussed on the phone will not be using the service again, especially from this location I tried to call and the person I talk to was very unconcerned. Really unhappy with the way things turned out.

Mgr/owner was very helpful for a pick up order where she dropped the order right to our car at their backdoor... since we couldn't park right there.

I can understand why they have such a poor rating. I stopped by the Aurora location, even though the website said they were open until 5:00 PM, when I arrived a little before 4:00 PM they were closed. I won’t ever go back as clearly they don’t care about customer service.

Had my heart set on a last-minute cute pick me up for someone special today to walk in to not a single premade Arrangement or dip strawberries in the store was told that they just opened but that was more like 2 hours ago

Perfect service and very nice bouquet from fruits for a reasonable price. I used the store on Cedar, across from Aurora mall, and I liked the way the lady treated me and professionalism in the product production.

I sent a birthday arrangement and cheesecake to my cousin. They called the night before to check on delivery details. It was delivered in a nice bag and looked great.

Horrible service. I ordered a platter of chocolate covered fruit. They called me that next morning leaving a voice mail stating that it wasn’t part of their menu. I called them back and they canceled my order without asking if I wanted to substitute it for something else.

I really wish I would have read the reviews about this place before placing my order. All the one star reviews and explanations is exactly what happened to me. Tried to do something nice for my gf because she told me she always wanted an edible arrangement delivery. Being a good bf, I happily obliged. Happy to take my money, not happy making the delivery. This was a huge disappointment and I will never be ordering from here again

THE STAFF!! So friendly and patient. She walked me through lots of options… she notice I wasn’t totally thrilled and went over balloons and other add on options. I’m just in town for a few days and needed to get something really nice but really quick. My order was even ready early during this crazy holiday time. This gift to welcome a new baby is perfect. Thanks again guys.

I very much appreciate Carla & her team...I inadvertantly entered the wrong address for delivery: Needless to say it didn't get delivered. I acknowledge my error & accepted my loss. Carla called me back & remade my order I had to have the recipient pick it up, but I was so grateful to still make my daughter's day.... GREAT BIG THANK YOU!
