It seems like they were actively trying to not do business with me, so I went elsewhere. First, their IVR is a nightmare to navigate. I tried calling and could not figure out how to navigate maze of options correctly to reach an actual person. It kept spinning me in circles from one automated menu to another and back again. Then, I submit my request online for a truck on a specific date and they send me a form email response the next day saying they didn't have the information they needed and they had cancelled my request and I would need to resubmit. No one ever tried talking to me to figure anything out, just cancelled. I called their leading competitor and was immediately directed to an actual person without being subjected to IVR purgatory, I explained my situation, they explained my options, got a truck booked with no issues. So I'm paying a little more with that company, but it's worth not dealing with this headache.
