There was a nice gentleman who had helped me last week and he did amazing! I for sure would come back here if I ever needed help with anything related to styling. He is a young man who I know has a bright future and is passionate about what he does. I did have a small conversation with him and let’s just say, he’s got so much potential!

The clothes are cute and well made. The place is always well accommodated, shame for the staff who definitely needed to take folic acid. And more for the manager!Take advantage of the sales!!!! ?

Today, I went to the store and I encounter the worst customer service. I was in line waiting and the two associates didn’t even acknowledge me while they were working on an order, however, the Hispanic lady who was behind me was told “ we will be with you in a moment”. I felt some time a way because express is one of my favorite stores and to be treated that way makes me think that this store doesn’t treat there customers from different race or culture equally.

Everything was pricey but whatever I was able to find a new outfit for my trip to Vegas.The cashier was very nice and smiling too.

This store never has the same deals they do online. I think it may be the only store that does not change their prices to reflect the prices online. You are better off shopping at the Express stores at Cherry Creek Mall or Park Meadows. Before buying an item make sure to check the website first.

I really loved Express at Aurora Mall!! They have really nice employees especially a staff member named Leo! He was a huge help and very lovely. I hope to come back to these amazing employees especially Leo. I strongly recommend going to this express.

Purchased a slim fit, linen suit, for our son’s graduation! EXPRESS in Aurora Co., had everything we needed. Sarah, supported us through the entire process, she even steamed the suit and tee. Now, how’s that for customer service! We’ll be back.
