They raise people's rent 100 and then sell your stuff and even when you come up with the money. the next day after speaking to the manager at 11am and was told me to come up with the money. they still will just throw your belongings away. They lie to people right to their face. The worst customer service I have ever seen. LIARS

I was looking online for storage spaces by home for low rates. I called the customer service number and spoke to Richard who was really helpful and answered all my questions. I reserved my unit and not too long after, Brittney, the manager called and we got payment completed and she offered additional information. She’s very friendly and helpful. When I got to location she showed me around and how to open and close the doors. The facility is very clean. They have a lot of moving supplies as well! No complaints!

Very clean facility, multiple levels of security, and friendly and knowledgeable office staff! This is the best facility I've used for storage!
Special shout-out to Savannah who helped me correct and finish my lease agreement and gave me a great tour! She clearly takes a lot of pride in her facility!

Brittany and Savannah have both been so helpful. They are great about communication, are very responsive and have been great to work with all around.

Both Brittany and the Manager, Savannah were super friendly and helpful. Both gave customer service that is rare these days, but excitingly refreshing for those of us that remember the pre-phone days. 4 stars because the rate went up unexpectedly, but these ladies did what they could to make the situation better.

I just got a space here, came to pick up my keys, and Brittney was so helpful! She walked me through the storage space and showed me the loading docks and how to utilize the access code and features. Totally worth the price and security they offer! They also sell moving supplies so if you’re in a pinch it’s super convenient to get it done in one trip!
