Excellent customer service. They helped me find the glasses and combination of items to give me the best pair at a price I could afford. Glasses were ready the same day and I can see clearly again. Very helpful in making sure I could see according to prescription.

I'm not a regular customer there, but I will be now! I needed new lenses for my glasses & was hoping to get them within a day at their in store lab. Ryan and Dan (lab manager) totally hooked me up! I got better lenses, in shorter time, paying much less than I had expected! I'm all about great customer service and these guys have it! I'm appreciative to their help, kindness and patience. My daughters even got some fun swag! I would recommend this location to anyone! #daymade Thank you!

All of the staff I encountered at the Eyeglass World Aurora Store (Parker Road) went out of their way to make sure I got the right prescription, the right style, the best options, and the best price for my glasses. They really listened and took a lot of time with me - as a customer, you feel like they are truly invested in you. They even went out of their way to bring my glasses to me when I was supposed to pick them up, but ended up being not able to because of an unforeseen personal issue. I have gone to this store for all of my eyeglass needs for the past two years now. The entire staff feels like family. I can't thank them enough, but I want to give a shout-out to them all -- Jordan, Ryan, Stasia, Ayatt, Sarah, and Dr. Marni. You'll be in great hands if you go to this store. They have my repeat business for life!

Getting glasses can be nerve racking pricey and even for some people feel like a kick in the face in the self-esteem department. However Ryan made our experience quite the opposite. By not only getting us the best price I've ever heard of for glasses with designer frames he made us feel great about the situation as well leaving feeling happy confident and didn't have me feeling obligated to live on ramen noodles for the next 2 weeks LOL I'm definitely recommending eyeglass world on South Parker to all of my friends and you should do the same ask for Ryan and tell him Amanda and Carrie sent you I promise you'll want to come back every time you need something for your eyes. Not to mention the crazy huge selection of different kinds of frames from almost any brand you can think of unfortunately Google only lets you give 5 stars if I could I definitely give them more thanks again Ryan
