Quick stay. Had a couple of outdated things like lighting by the sink in the room but not anything major. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Really close to restaurants and the freeway. Would stay again.

My recent hotel experience was marred by extended waits—over 15 minutes—just to get the attention of a host, who was rarely present. This posed challenges for multiple guests needing to check in or make purchases at the snack area, as transactions couldn't be completed promptly. Such delays are unacceptable, and I believe it's crucial for the management to address this issue and potentially review the host's performance.

Noteworthy details: Employees were the best part of my stay. The front desk clerk in the morning was awesome. The door to my room upon my entry to it made me very nervous. It looks as though someone had attempted to break into it multiple times so I made sure all the locks were locked inside when I went to sleep. Makes it hard to fall asleep and to feel safe.

For someone who lives over an hour away and needs to stack doctor appointments in the area it's super convenient to be right around the corner. The rooms are always clean, the staff was beyond incredible- talking to my mom and making her feel at home.

They don't have queen beds! They call it double beds and consider it queen. 100% not queens. Nice though since they offer good shampoo and body wash, breakfast selection was very little. Don't ever really see anyone the the front desk all the times I went up for help because no one would pick up when I use the room phone to call them. 100% smoke free so that's a HUGE PLUS!

Small but clean rooms. Very nice, helpful staff. Though a word to the wise...I never use the hotel ice bucket. Ever.Unfortunately it is right next to a less than desirable "motel" despite the seemingly decent

We had a two night stay. The room was clean and felt modern, but the bath was past it's best. Staff were friendly and was conveniently located close to the light rail into Denver downtown. The area around felt a bit sketchy, with lots of homeless people around the station and local restaurants.

We stayed at this location when we came to the area for a family wedding. The place was conveniently located and the rooms served it's purpose. What stood out to me the most was the wonderful staff Alla and Karina. They were both really nice and friendly and so easy to talk to. Thank you Alla and Karina for your pleasant conversation. Hopefully we will see you again.

Three night stay to drop daughter off for another year at DU. Room was comfortable and clean. Sadly, neighbors were very loud. cranked music up (after 11:30 p.m.) and, after getting a call from the girl behind the desk, cranked it up again at 2:00 a.m.. Next night they were at it again so asked for another room but was told the hotel was booked. Would be nice if there were 'Quiet' wings of hotels. I don't mind noise, but after hours is another matter. Will be staying elsewhere the next couple of years.Rooms: Stayed in the Exec. Level King room. King bed with pull-out couch. The mattress was great and no complaints about the pull-out matress. Room service was great. Breakfast was meh.

Maid knocks on the door at 9 AM.Breakfast ends at 10 AM. The lady cleaning up dumped all the hot food in the trash at EXACTLY 10:00:00 AM and started packing up everything else. There were still 3 family groups in the dining room. No "last call" or anything. Enough eggs and biscuits and gravy to make full meals for 10-15 people, right in the trash.Otherwise, it is a good enough hotel for the cheaper pricepoint.

NOT worth any amount of money. I am not poor and I would not pay a single cent to stay here again.I did not book, and a credit card was provided by the person who did. That person was not the one to pay, even though it was clearly communicated that that was expected. I was charged two separate holds of $400 during my stay that I was not given a valid reason for, in my opinion. I was told I am not guaranteed that money back, even with it being a hold. Many problems during my stay. Safety concerns, discrimination, invalidating staff every minute of my stay.Every employee was outwardly kind because I was level toned and polite. I was accused of being "disrespectful" by the front desk when I was being objectively polite, but stern. I expressed my disagreement politely and that was taken as further disrespect. I apologized genuinely for the interpretation of my words and tone. I was not kicked out, but it was clear I was not welcome. The housekeeping manager (Alla?) was amazingly helpful, genuinely. All housekeeping employees were. I left a large tip for them specifically.Honestly there are too many things to remember so I will do my best. My memory is very poor, but these are all events that I can prove.Safety: fire alarm went off on my floor and the front desk did not know about it until I told them, their front desk phone does not work and they do not believe me on that fact, my room phone didn't work even to call the desk, they were unreachable many times without being there in person, incorrect information at the desk many times about my stay, unavailable information about my stay many times, many individuals entered my room without permission,Discrimination: this may be more accurate to call accessibility concerns; I was told no one in the building would help me carry my luggage downstairs in light of my disability and inability to carry my things aloneInvalidation: I was told I am "allowed to have my opinions" on whether or not I am a refugee when I expressed my refugee status (being from Florida as a trans man, I am illegal there), it was implied that I am able to carry my own luggage when I expressed I cannot because of my disability, I was told that I was wrong when I said I could not reach the hotel by phone, I was told I "should not" be concerned by a fire alarm test, I was told I "should not" be offended by being told I "should not" do something... I was misgendered constantly but gendered correctly two times with the words "sir" and "he," I was told that I could not be provided a receipt 3 separate times, and when I insisted that I be provided proof of what I was charged I did receive a receipt but for an amount that did not match my bank statements, the manager did not address many of my concerns during my stay even though she promised to, I expressed that I have been kicked out of another hotel (Days Inn Airport) this week and they asked why because they did not trust me which is offensive and invalidating to meThere was much more in my 4 night stay that was extremely unsafe and concerning. I will try to remember more and update this review.Positive aspects of my stay:The other guests were extremely kind and fun to talk to. I met a 94 year old Austrian woman who insisted upon buying my bird whistle haha. The food. Some of the staff. Namely, Alla deserves the world.I tipped the staff with treble clef paper clips and they appreciated that, though that was not expressed to me directly, and I don't trust that every staff member that helped me received one. I was promised they would.I met two very cute dogs that sat in my lap for a long time :)The bed was very comfortable. The TV worked. The shower was good.I was not kicked out, which was something I expected upon expressing my concerns politely. When I asked for physical help it was usually provided eventually (sometimes within the last 10 minutes of my stay though)This computer. My ability to stay in the lobby past check out.Availability of caffeine, although there was no tea with caffeine ne

We stayed June 7-10 and enjoyed privacy, pleasant accommodation as well as pet consideration. My daughter loved the generous pool hours and convenient laundering made my catching up with with travel clothing easy. Good proximity to restaurants, coffee houses, great malls, Meow Wolf and a variety of activities made this our go-to. Thank you to staff and management.Nearby activities: We go for locally owned coffee, boba, restaurants and etc shops, of which there is an a abundance.Noteworthy details: Restaurants within walking distance, tram nearby, vehicles safe, plenty of luggage trolleys, teas and coffees freshly stocked 24/7, pleasant staff.
