Steven Chae was my pediatrician in 2009 until I had my first child in 2018 and he’s now my children's pediatrician. He’s had the same 2 nurses since I’ve been a patient and their whole team is nothing less of amazing. He’s responsive, dedicated, caring and my children take to him very well. There are tons of misleading reviews and they mainly targeted at his political propaganda which honestly, has no affect on his care for the patient(s). Any question, comments or concerns have always been first priority to Dr. Chae! I LOVE him and his team!!

Honest, trustworthy, thorough and precise pediatrician. Dr.Chae is truly the best in Aurora, I would never go anywhere else.

Dr. Chae was my doctor for around 5 years. In that time I never really had any issues. But up until a few months ago something very strange happened. The first thing that I noticed was that anytime I called the office there was an answering service that picked up. His normal secretaries did not answer the phone as usual. Anytime I would leave a message it was never returned. Months went by and it was still the answering service picking up and not any of his normal secretaries. When I finally did get in touch with him he gave me his personal cell phone number so that there wouldn't be any more issues with me not being able to get in touch with him. I have been trying to get in touch with him for over a month on his personal cell phone and he has not responded to me. Also the website has been taken down. How does a doctor just disappear? Now he has left me without anyone to treat my diabetes. I can't get my blood work done and I can't get any refills on my medication because I cannot get ahold of him. I am not sure what happened. I've never had a doctor just disappear. He should've let me know that I needed to find another doctor if he's going to stop treating his patients. Absolutely ridiculous.

I originally gave Chae 5 stars. About a month ago, he decided to semi retire. That's all well and good, except he never let his patients know. Needing a copy of a report, I called 5 times in 2 days. My call always went to his answering service. Before 12pm, I went to his office, the door was locked, the sign said 'open'. I could see light coming under the door, no response to my knock. Long and short, when he finally got in touch with me, it was through TEXT MESSAGE. Long and short.. I found a better Dr. with a great staff.

Rude high pitched voice girl at the front. The doctor can be extremely dismissive. Responder not a listener. Cute fish tank though.

Very thorough, explains diagnosis and addresses all of my concerns of my children's wellness. Exceptional staff all committed to serving our community and not insurance companies pockets. Has even swabbed my whole family for strep to assist and protect us as my wife has a compromise immune system. Gives us coupons for otc meds when available and needed. All 3 of my boys and I have gone over 8 years now since my middle sons birth.

Looking at the reviews pretty much speaks for itself, for someone to post such disrespectful information on a wall about our President of a doctors office is beyond me, hence provides insight to the care you can expect from this doctor and staff! They truly suffer from TDS....I would not recommend anything these people provide as it is pretty apparent that their political views are far more important than the care of their patients and people's right to have their own views!That being said Trump 2020

What a terrible example this doctor is setting. Posting extremely hateful messages all over the practice and seeing children non the less. You sir should be ashamed of yourself
