Ms. Patricia is so wonderful!! Her knowledge, kindness and expertise really helped me to get a very important package delivered to my wife in another state. The FedEx store at 2630 South Parker Road in Aurora Colorado (store 0434) is ALWAYS GREAT due to TERRIFIC hard working employees like PATRICIA, STACIE and TIRRIQUE who are dedicated to providing OUTSTANDING customer service. Even when this FedEx location is busy with many customers, FedEx's employees are extremely efficient, very kind and very cheerful.

FedEx is the ABSOLUTE WORST shipping company, they have no one to answer calls that real, all voice recorded things. I've been lied to multiple time due to them losing a package and then telling me that it was arriving multiple times and it never did. If I was you I would never buy anything that uses FedEx as a shipper because it's non stop problems and they have no idea where your package is if you are in need of it. I paid extra money for fast shipping and got screwed by FedEx, it just never showed up. I will never use this company again as it needs to get a reality check and figure out how to treat customers that use them. This company will be taken over by ups and amazon. Watch.

Really inefficient process. You have to wait in the same line as customer service, lottery tickets, cigarettes and western Union. Took me over 30 minutes to drop off a pre-packaged, pre-labeled item today.

I have had to utilize FedEx print Services quite a bit lately due to working from home and for some personal print work. The quality of print for personal print work on my water color prints is spot on and beautiful also the there are a lot of choices of paper to choose from, the customer service is phenomenal and the staff will help any way they can! I have also been very happy with the self service for getting quality printing for work related items. I am happy to have this business close to home with professionals that care.

The self service printer was not available at the time i was in there because of the corona virus and i had to use the other print where you have to print every page as a single page and i wanted to print double paged and I couldn't do it at that time but Kendra she went out of her way to help me when i told her i was a student and asked me to email her my files and she double printed all my 350 papers and saved me some money. I really had the best customer service experience.

I've come here on a couple of occasions this year. One to send out 3 very large packages and two, to print out some menus. When I was sending out the 3 large boxes ,the manager came out and helped me unload the boxes and bring them in. They even made sure the packing was done well enough so the equipment wasn't damaged during shipment. I felt like they actually cared to get my package to its destination without damage. The second time I went in to get a menu made ,but had to edit the format and page sizes. They were able to finish everything by the next morning and everything looked exactly the way I envisioned. They were very patient with me and explained the costs and process very well. Overall, the staff was very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. I will definitely go back to this location if I need anything else done.

How you can have such horrible customer service is besides me uses ups or any other company. Fedex sucks and they're employees don't care about you or you're experience with them. Stay away from this horrible company, they're money sucking vampires that don't care about you or you having a positive experience. ZERO STARS. Shut down this joke of a company already please they are not even apologetic about the inconvenience and frustration they cause. Awful service, no effort to fix the problem, horrible company that is run even worse.

I would award this location ZERO stars if that were an option. I sent a print job there yesterday and then another one today -- the location is convenient -- counter person was apathetic, slow and clearly did not care about the quality of his work or the satisfaction level of the customer. I was worried that maybe he was new but that wasn't the case -- the guy just didn't care. I won't be back. I'll drive out of my way to work with another printer.
