I've dropped off many packages to this location, usually laptops, and was only just told today they can't take items with batteries. No explanation, just that I need to take it to a drop box, strange policy that's not written anywhere that I can find.

Needed to send letter to arrive Wednesday. 1st price was $72. Here, look at the screen. Can't see screen, moved it and then saw $10 by Tuesday evening. Whats the point if attempting to overcharge?
