FedEx is a complete shitshow. I paid for overnight shipping and the package did not come for 3 more days. After my husband had left the location he was at for work. He needed the package for work. And oh, if they send it back, it won’t get back in time before his next trip that he needs the package for. That is a FedEx problem. They don’t do anything to make it right. We are never using FedEx again.

I went in today 30 minutes before closing with a last minute printing job for work due the next morning. I needed a booklet printed and set into a magazine style. I was hopeful to maybe get ahead of the jobs the next day and have it sometime before the afternoon hours. However, Katie dropped her closing duties and didn’t hesitate to help me regardless of them closing within no time. Katie quickly printed and assembled what I needed. Not to mention she did it with a great attitude. Needless to say, I will be returning to this location and asking for Katie anytime I need something printed.

Fax is 2.49 per page! I waited inline only to be dumped on someone else who was in the back while I waited for someone to ship a package. The other girl just showed me how to do it myself. It’s not really service. Spent $28 to help myself. KS is only .80 per page. Next time I’ll go there.

Went in dreading a printing project, and was helped by Will. He was super professional and helped the long line treating everyone with respect and patience. He helped me quickly, and made recommendations for what paper to use. Everything turned out perfect and for less than I was expecting. Will deserves a raise!

This is THE BEST Fed Ex I've ever been too! Every time I come in, they are friendly, consistent, and always offering their help. Katie, and Trent have all been above 5 stars throughout my experiences here. If I lived across town, I would make the drive to this store! Thank you Katie, and Trent - You guys are first class!

Arguably the worst shipping company in the game. Who abandons packages in middle of the driveway? Fedex. They’re trying to get your package stolen.

Scam...shipped a package on 1/20 for $26. They charged my credit card again on 2/3 for $87 for a bogus shipment. Very scary they still had my private info to submit another charge. Spent 2 hours on the phone with FEDex customer service trying to get a refund
