I have to say the customer service was phenomenal at this location. The kind soul with the heart shaped clear glasses was a joy to work with. They helped me and made my return an easy process while also being kind and offering good conversation and a smile. Thanks for making my day a little better and making it such an easy process.

Opens on Sunday too and Leonard was super helpful even though the photocopy was self service he was kind enough to walk me through the entire process.

This was my first time shipping with FedEx and I am very happy! The staff was kind, helpful, and clearly very knowledgeable about shipping. They were also super personable! The person who assisted us (I believe their name was Bryar) was especially helpful, they deserve a bonus and $1,000 wired directly to their bank account.

Needed some programs printed for a family event. These Guys are awesome we have a few hiccups with formatting and needed a re print. They were so nice through the process and took great care of us. Briar and Leonard specifically were great to work with.

I've obvious every customer that James interacted with and James was rude and unprofessional with to the black customers. Leonard was wonderful and prerfessional with every customer.

Label clearly marked to Arizona. Instead shipped it back to me. Fedex customer service is horrible and their contacted pickup provider is even worse. No Fedex ever again. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes and don't even care about professional customer service.

I placed a print order online. It was ready way before the estimated time the website gave. However, I haven't been able to pick it up. I have gone twice to get it and both times this location was "closed early due to an emergency" during posted open hours. Hopefully I'll be able to eventually pick it up.

I went here for help on a last-minute printing job, and Leonardo (i think that was his name) was so helpful! He also helped me get it on the correct paper weight and the prints looked great. Pricing was better than online or other places too. Great service!

DO NOT USE THEIR EXPRESS PASSPORT SERVICE! Great for shipping packages, just not this service. Their printers messed up the print of the forms (which I didn’t know it did so) and I had to send another set and it cost me more MONEY! I paid A LOT for the expedited service and I had to pay more money because of their error. Never again. NEVER AGAIN!
