Laine at the customer service desk has zero customer service skills. She refused to take my return because it was not in a purchased from Fedex package. Even though my return said no box or label needed. She was rude and should learn what good customer service is.

I've been to this fedex before and it doesn't seem to have handicap access to the entrance. I tried to call to confirm, but all I could get was a robot who wouldn't allow direct phone access to the store. I will use UPS instead.

I had a horrible experience with this store. They are incompetent and very rude. The manager (Stacie) should not be in a customer service position. I will never use them again.

I don’t think I’ve had a better experience ever in my entire life, then shipping a package from this location! Huge shout out to Matthew for helping me find the perfect box and being super cheerful the entire time!

It must be a requirement to be rude and incompetent to get hired here. I've, unfortunately, had to use this location on 3 separate occasions to take care of some last minute details. 2 out of those 3 times I've asked the employees behind the counter to help me execute some VERY basic tasks on their computers. To which they both times responded that they didn't know how to do what I was needing. That they knew it COULD be done, they just didn't know how to do it. Super rude attitudes all around. You can literally smell the misery coming off them.

Stacie was outstanding in customer service this morning. She showed me how to scan the package slip followed by affixing the label and sealing the box. The steps taken should make FEDEX much more efficient when customers,scan the labels. Thanks again!
