As all the other reviews have suggested, this location is a void in space and time where packages go to never be found again. Customer Service IVR is clearly a rat maze designed to make it impossible to reach a person to talk with about any issues. Just an absolute dumpster fire. If negative stars were possible it would be a -5 for these jokers

Echoing all the other reviews already written, the customer service is completely absent. No once in the company cares that you have paid for a package AND paid for shipping, no one cares that the deliveries are chronically late, no one cares that you can't get any answers from anyone, they just flat out don't care. I am surprised they're still in business and will not be sad when they shut down.

These POS’ never get it right. Always a disappointment, never on time, always a frustrating experience. They make you wait all day for a delivery, because you have to sign for it, and then reschedule it for another day because they can’t keep the schedule they created in the first place. Pathetic waste of time. This company is a joke.

FedEx Sucks. They never deliver on time and lie. They say my package is delay because I was not home the day of the delivery. I was home all day and have security cameras on my house. Fed Ex never show up on my house. Its not the first time they do these. They need to go out of Business ...........

Got an insured delivery for a $600 very large package. My housing community has lock boxes that the packages could have gone in as well as an office. Driver declined to put stuff in the box or drop it off at the office and my package was stolen. I believe it was stolen by the FedEx driver himself. Regardless, FedEx declined to reimburse the insured package stating that it was delivered. The company I purchased it from declined to reimburse for the same reason and in the end I'm just out $600 and nobody seems to give a damn. When I called the office they said the same thing they said an email that the package was confirmed as delivered so whatever happened to it oh well. What's the point of having a community locker room if the delivery drivers don't use it and what's the point of an insured package if there's no accountability held when a package is delivered wrong. What a terrible terrible joke. I hope you FedEx drivers have this done to you as well

My package has been sitting for 13 days so far and I am still waiting for my package they would not let me speak to a person so what am I supposed to do it seems to me they don't care whether I ever get my package

My package has also been sitting in Aurora, CO since 12/20/23. The estimated delivery was 1-3 days. It went from Colorado Springs to Aurora and is now just sitting there (I live in New Mexico so the estimated delivery was realistic). I ordered the package on the 18th. There's no delivery date at all. It just says "pending". If there was an option besides smart post I would have chosen that. Save your time and your sanity and just use UPS or USPS. FedEx is trash.

I hope this message gets to the right people! I had placed an order on Amazon and they cancelled my order but never updated it so I had to reorder. My new order was not going to make it before Christmas I was upset but I was gonna make it work. Low and behold Fedex delivered my package Christmas Eve morning I was thrilled! Fedex you made my day! Thank you for getting my package delivered. I know this is a hard job because I have done it! I appreciate you! Merry Christmas! ❤️

Worst shipping company ever! They’ve had a package of mine for two weeks, that was suppose to be delivered 6 days ago. You then, have to lie through their automated voice system, just to talk with a rep. For them tell me “your item is on the way” “that’s all we have on it”. Nothing on why it’s delayed or when it’ll be here. I’ve worked in a warehouse and there’s no reason for this big of a delay or this much incompetency from their employees. I’m glad shipping was offered for free but I would never have used FedEx, nor will I ever use FedEx again. At least USPS and UPS can give me updates and tell me why my mail is delayed. I’ve also never had a 6 day delay through them, so good-luck staying in business, FedEx.

Fedex can only find my address when its convenient for them. First package to my house I needed to confirm my address. Second time no issues. Now on the 3rd time and they need me to confirm my address. UPS and Amazon never have this issue!

Have guaranteed two day shipments through best buy with my ridiculous membership I pay for, and then I order something that is literally picked up 106 miles away from my home at a distribution center. Then, it is shipped 125 miles away to another distribution center. Finally it is shipped to Aurora which is 110 miles away to be given to the freaking postal service and will arrive three days late! So, I will hopefully get my package sometime this week. Fedex and Best Buy both suck!
