Benancia was fantastic to work with! She needs a raise she was helping 3 people at once all by herself and made sure everyone got exactly what they needed quickly! My friend needed a passport photo to travel overseas and went to multiple locations that Google said they had the capability for but she was the only person to actually help us. My friend was able to make his flight on time and get to his destination all thanks to her! If you need something printed come here!

Fedex in this state is trash. Drivers drop off packages at wrong locations and workers in strore are clueless and have 0 sense of urgency.

I would not even give this place a full star. Their store manager, Doug has very lack of experience on his Customer Service Skills. Considering one of their biggest accounts send multiple of their servers in for printing. The store manager gave me such a hard time and I think it is very ridiculous that I have to wait more than 25 minutes to pick up a prepaid order that should be boxed up and ready to go. I think their store manager needs to get retrained and adjust his personality a lot better than what he has because it’s very dull.
I waited over 25 minutes in line to pick up a pre-paid order, as he was working on an another customer‘s order, he did not greet me. He did not multitask. He took his time and did not acknowledge other customers in the store. No wonder why they’re always so busy while he is there. I’ve been in there a few other times when he wasn’t present and the traffic flow runs Faster than he can yawn

Came in wanting to send an item anonymously for safety reasons. However, they are unable to do such an act. This is the 21st-century. We should be able to send things anonymously for safety reasons this policy needs to be fixed. All your other competitors allow this, why can’t a company like this do such thing they said that a return address needs to be on the package for a return yet why can’t it just be returned to the place that shipped it which is the facility.

45 minutes before he had to leave for his interview my boyfriend realized he needed to reprint his resume.
I think the girl who helped me was named Balencia or Valencia?? But she was AMAZING! Answered all my questions on the phone, was able to email it over and pick it up within 15 minutes of making the phone call. She even threw in an extra copy!

Fast service very helpful staff fair prices and shipping materials available at this store..!! They also take cash or card the one at Northfield only TAKES CARD..!!! They needs fix that to lol

Everyone was fantastic. I was having some personal tech issues and had a lot of questions and services needed and everyone was more than kind and helpful. All of the staff went above and beyond to help me out Josh, Jazyminre, Trae, Benancia, were the staff working and they are all amazing. I will be back for all my printing and shipping needs!
